Unfortunalely, I cannot write a review because I could not have access to your lounge because I was travelling with Air Canada. When I booked, I was not told that Air Canada travelers had not access. So I would like to be reimbursed since I could not benefit from the lounge, that I was so looking forward to. The fire alarm went off after only being in there for 10 minutes, lounge did not reopen for another hour which was far too late for us to go back in. When asked for a refund, was told I could only have a comp pass for the next time I visit. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Customer service appalling.

We were made to queue for nearly 10 mins at the check in desk. Once checked in, there were no cups, glasses, plates or cutlery. I had to que for another 5 mins at the check in desk to ask if we could have a glass for some fruit juice and was told they were very busy and I'd have to wait. I had at this point been in the lounge for over 35 mins. I left the lounge and bought refreshments from other outlets within the airport. On my return my wife had managed to get a glass but we shared it as all others had been quickly taken by the other unhappy people around us. Overall rather than the relaxing start to our journey advertised it was unnecessarily confrontational and very poorly catered for basic undemanding needs. The concept is good but the application was very disappointing.

The lounge was freezing (everyone needed coats) which made the visit very uncomfortable, it was more comfortable and warmer in the main departure lounge - which is free! I was disappointed that the bacon sandwiches were kept in a warming oven and not fresh made and that the cuiassants were pre-packed and small. The drinks counter was ok but staff were busy filling up stock and we had to wait to be served whilst no other customers were there.The seating area was satisfactory. All in all not a very pleasant experience. Will not be booking again.

Hi I would not normally write a review but I was very disappointed with the service on my recent trip. I had paid to take my son, daughter I. Law and grandson to start our holiday off. However there was not hot bacon muffins for the whole time we was there. (8am -9.15am ) 17th may We was told that a near by cafe would've sending some up however we had to leave the lounge hungry and disappointed to get our plane. I am notsureif this happens regular but it has put effort off using your lounge in the future as it was not value for money and proved to be a very expensive experience

Our flight departure time was 06.40am; we confirmed prior to booking the executive lounge that it was open from 05.00am; this opening time was also clearly stated on our booking voucher. We arrived at the executive lounge at 05.00am, the lights were off and a woman eventually emerged from the kitchen to inform us that it was not open until 05.30am, that she was just in. She was quite rude, displayed very poor customer service skills, offered no apology and failed to acknowledge that our receipt clearly stated an opening time of 05.00am. We sat in the lounge and had drinks but there was no hot food available prior to our departure. £40 did not represent value for money.

Utterly disappointed with the full experience. Waste of money in all honesty. No pasta, soup ran out. Very limited variety for children and adults . Staff rude and unhelpful. PlayStation out of order so kids really disappointed with stay. Would not recommend and will definitely not use again.

It was the first time and I would be very reluctant to pay another visit unless it was a complimentary visit. The staff were very rude and very unhelpful. I appreciate that it was busy but there was very little food and the wine warm and services unclean.... Extremely disappointing Jo grant Visited on the 12th May and was a birthday surprise for my friend so a double disappoint and I was rather embarrassed .

Really Poor - Waste of Money. Visited as had 6 hours to pass in the airport but I wish I had not bothered. Found a 'Rest Pod' to relax in, the recliner was broken ( tried the other 2 free Pods and they were broken as well ) tried to use the TV - no remote control, staff found a remote but no batteries. After 10 minutes of no rest I was asked to leave the 'Rest Pod' as it was been closed for cleaning !!! And all them were closed for the night ! Really not worth the money, no toilets - you are sent back out to the airport public toilets. I was actually more comfortable in the terminal rather than in this small lounge.

Only receipt email received from yourselves for proof of purchase. I was refused entry for myself and three guests (I had also pre-purchased a bottle of champagne) because the lounge had no trace of my booking even though I showed the gentleman my proof of purchase. Telephoned your office on the Tuesday I returned by telephone twice and informed I would be given a full refund and would be contacted the next day (Wednesday) as to what went wrong and improvement suggestions. Was also informed I would be emailed a discount code for a future visit. Telephoned the office again three days later on the Friday as I had heard noting further only to be told my refund had not been processed and would have to wait until a member of staff who originally took my call was back in on Monday to activate a discount code!! Very poor service and very poor customer service.

The passengers never arrived at the lounge and we are therefore not able to provide specific feedback. Two elderly passengers (one in a wheelchair) were mismanaged by ground personnel for the entire 8 hour + layover, and were therefore not able to access any of the services paid for.

1. Had to queue for ten minutes to get into the lounge 2. There wasn't enough seats so had to share a table with other people 3. Only one waitress running the bar so had to queue for drinks. The bar had no ice for drinks and did not have slimline tonic. 4. The quality of the food was very poor and a number of items had run out. Overall a really disappointing experience and a waste of money.

There was one very hardworking lady there who had to check people in, make drinks and bacon sandwiches. We had to wait ages for them and the range of drinks available was terrible.

Dreadful and a complete waste of money. Reason for going is to have peace and quiet - it was over booked / too many people so seating wasn't available. I had to queue for coffee that took 10 mins to get. Breakfast choice was extremely poor. I will be writing to request a refund.

We love going to the executive lounge before we jet away on our holiday and we do not normally have a problem but coming to your executive lounge was the worst experience ever it was so over subscribed there was standing room only, the staff were more concerned about chatting in the back of house then the front and, clearing away and topping up, so most of the time you require any service the was a wait ,were you would try to get the attention though the port hole glass window a very poor experience overall it was meant to a relaxing environment not one of noise and stress as our mum was in a wheelchair were to move or get a seat together was nearly impossible it was not be managed as well as it should have been
