“We were a little disappointed by our stay to be honest. There was no Champagne and no tomato juice for Bloody Marys - the two drinks we wanted! I had the breakfast pancakes with bacon which were good, but the only vegetarian option of veggie sausages was not good and my partner just ate croissants. For £25 the value was okay but we probably wouldn't return.”

“The lounge ,was very small, it was very busy, the staff were not helpful. I had paid for Prosecco, barman wouldn’t initially give it me The food was very poor and cold. This was meant to be a treat for my husband as it was his birthday. Would never use this lounge again. Get better service using the usual bars and shops at Heathrow.”

“Far too busy. Couldn’t get seats for the 4 of us, eventually after 15 minutes got some outside in the blazing sunshine (our parents had to sit elsewhere). Far from a relaxing pre flight experience. Money would’ve been better spent just going to one of the airport restaurants.”

“Nice place to stay prior to flight especially during covid restrictions. Food decent and plenty to choose from. Couple of negatives in that I had to ask for the table to be cleared and the lady putting drinks out shouted at me `1 only' when I picked up 2 cans of Pepsi max, my daughter happened to want one too who was stood behind me! If I wanted 2 to myself surely I could without the rant, having paid for the priveledge?”

“Good but the selection of food was greatly reduced from our last visit (probably covid) and no offer to have anything further to eat. On previous visits we were offered a bacon roll and cans of drink neither of which were available.”

“Worst lounge experience ever. We normally get a paid for airport lounge and this visit may mean we don’t again. The food arrived Luke warm, it was a challenge to find a seat, the buffet selection was not only limited but also barely filled so when I did try and get something it was pretty much unavailable ie cheese for the biscuits. The staff were friendly enough. We had preordered a gin drink as my wife likes them and was told they do not even offer it there. When we booked we hadn’t realised we only had a 2 hour slot - we contacted to find out if we could extend etc and never received a response. We travel normally two to three times a year and would book any other lounge after this experience.”
