“Short visit due to lounge closing at 13.00pm, but service was excellent. Very disappointed though as we have been promised a refund of £18.00 from original booking which was for AspirePlus Lounge. Would appreciate this being sorted as from reading reviews we aren’t the only ones waiting for refunds!!!!!”

“The lounge in Dubai was just “ok” poorly signposted with a limited range of facilities and food, toilets were not of the quality I’d expect of an exec lounge and overall the lounge was grubby and tired. One saving grace was the staff were lovely.”

“The Lanarca airport lounge was clean and well laid out, with a very nice terrace outside for those who want to grab the last dose of Cypriot sunshine before heading home. A couple of areas for improvement was be the management of seating. Seating was limited although it was not clear as to whether this was a result of overbooking the lounge, or potentially the fact that single or couples were taking up tables set up for 4 or more. I've seen this managed at other Aspire Lounges where tables are reserved for the correct party sizes, with control over the amount of time allocated. The fact that this wasn't the case at Lanarca resulted in a large queue growing at the entrance and people wandering around for some noticeable time before obtaining a seat, or just giving up and leaving. From a food and drinks perspective, the quality was excellent. Only a delay in topping up some items and access to bottled still water was a problem at times. Overall I would book again and hope to see some of these areas for improvement taken onboard”

“The lounge was comfortable and clean, however, the cooked breakfast options were never all available at the same time. We were assured they are cooked fresh but if you have to wait 10 minutes for a sausage to complete your meal whilst the rest goes cold on your plate, it’s not much comfort. Some of the staff seemed inexperienced but the senior member made assumptions about an empty cup being ours when it wasn’t and was rude in his demand we pass it over. I’m happy to help clear others people’s dishes but ask nicely. The internet in the lounge didn’t work so we had to use the usual airport wifi. Overall, not the best experience I have ever had and I’m not sure it was worth the money.”
