“Was very poor service not enough staff had to wait for breakfast I assume you no exactly how many people and at what time they arrive very basic was a surprise for my family 7of us was a waste off money”

“Booked executive lounge larnaca . Plenty of choice of all drinks beer wine sprits .Good choice of food . There is also a terrace we’re you can smoke if your a smoker. Overhaul worth the money. I would definitely use again.”

“I booked the lounge in Newcastle for 30th September and I received an email 2 weeks prior to say my booking was cancelled as the lounge was not open. It was disappointing as very few restaurants were open in the airport on the date. I still need to transfer it to another date. Prior to the pandemic I have visited on many occasions and enjoyed the experience”

“Very odd shape for a lounge. Real shortage of seats and the ones we were put in weren't particularly comfortable. Food selection wasn't amazing. Didn't feel particularly relaxed. Don't think I see myself coming again.”

“My husband and I visited the executive lounge last Thursday morning (30th Sept 2021) We have used escape lounge at Stansted many times and so we thought we would try Luton airports one. A big let down. Firstly, prosecco was an added extra so had to pay... Stansted its included. There was hardly any food out. All I managed to get was some scrambled egg and a sausage. No bacon or toast was avaliable. The bread rolls were stale. A gentleman next to me asked a member of staff for fresh rolls to which she replied "they've only just been put out" once he explained they were hard and stale she proceeded to grab the tray and storm off. There was no variety of food and compared to Stansted Escape Lounge, this was poor and it was actually more expensive! The only positive thing I can say is the lady behind the bar, who was cheerful and very chatty she was lovely! Other than that I would definitely not waste my money if I travel from Luton Airport again!!”

“Have visited the executive lounge on numerous occasions when travelling on holiday. Unfortunately this visit was not as positive experience as all others. Though the staff were very welcoming and pleasant the choices of food on the menu were very poor. Hopefully when we travel again next May we will have a more positive experience.”

“Myself and three friends recently visited The Aspire Lounge in Newcastle before a three times re-arranged four days break to Portugal. It was very peaceful before the plane. Food was lovely, staff lovely and quiet toilet facilities in the lounge. Will hopefully be visiting again soon with my husband.”

“Lady greeted me with. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of choice today and then proceeded to stand about looking idle the entire time I was there. The food choice was terrible and I had major regret. Never again.”

“Our original booking was for later in the day. Unfortunately our holiday was cancelled due to covid restrictions therefore, our new flights times were for early morning and we felt that we didnt get the full "lounge experience". We did however have a nice breakfast. Service was first class and we would use the facility again”
