Very friendly staff and good service. Unfortunately quite some noisy guests.

Enjoyed our visit as usual, cheerful greeting from staff members. excellent breakfast food prepared and ready to self serve. When I booked, the website advised the lounge opened at 04.30 so we arranged to arrive at that time but indeed the notice on the door stated the lounge opened at 04.00, had we known we would have arrived at that time to enjoy another 30 minutes stay!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Knowing we were a party of 6 reserved us a table which was really appreciated. Choice of snacks was very good. Would certainly book again. Perfect start to our holiday

Friendly staff and reduced capacity meant it was nice and peaceful. QR code ordering was not seamless - after 20 minute I enquired as to when my breakfast might come...and was told the order didn't go through. They made it straight away though and it was pretty tasty. Very little in terms of cold food from buffet, usual Covid excuse. Great views of the apron outside, just a shame that they have dots all over the window. No bathroom facilities, like the other lounges at BHX. Option to book ahead for £5 probably worth it for Priority Pass etc, but should be online form and not phone call in 2021!

As soon as return to the UK I will contacting your head office with my complaint. I booked the aspire lounge then contacted the aspire lounge to amend my booking for as the confirmation showed a couple of hours beforehand. Upon arriving at aspire at Luton at around 9am it was closed. I was never informed it would be shut and therefore request my monies back. Regards Kevin Herrin

I would describe my stay in Copenhaged Airport lounge as average. Basically everything was average; the food, noise level, seating, bathroom facilities and service. So nothing to complain about but nothing to praise for either.

very little food left when we arrived at lounge and it was luke warm, managed to get 2 drinks. Have been previously and it was well worth the cost. This time however extremely disappointing and not value for money

Had to queue for ages despite booking. Taken to a table and told by the worker she will bring another chair so we can all sit down, she didn’t and consequently one member of the party had to stand and sit in the floor to eat. Food choice wasn’t great. Curry wasn’t very hot and soup didn’t have croutons as requested.

No prior experience with which to compare. However these were my thoughts/observations: - Excellent quiet space to travel with young family - reasonable selection of breakfast fare (more variety of small child friendly food would be good) - good access to drinks fresh & alcoholic - friendly & helpful staff * Male toilets were in a poor state of upkeep and hygiene (when I encountered them). Maybe we were too early for the first clean (6am ish) * Price was a little steep for a (young) family of four - never going to drink or eat that much. Should maybe offer a family pass at discount? 🤞 Overall, we would definitely consider using this again if travelling with children, especially if I can find a good online discount.

The lounge itself is lovely and there was plenty of seating. I wasn't impressed with the food offering. When I sat at the table there was a QR code to scan as is normal in most places these days, so I scanned the QR code which gave 2 food options, one I would quite enjoy so I ordered and went to the bar for a drink. As I was travelling with kids I went to the food area to get them something, I wasn't impressed by the selection at all. The pancake making machine is a good idea but the kids said the pancakes weren't nice. The only topping they had was honey. There was a selection of continental meats etc and fruit but apart from the the offering was sparse. I have been to a rival lounge who offer muffins, cakes, etc and a menu you could order hot food from so I was expecting something similar and this turned out not to be the case. There was no food the kids would eat. Having waiting a long time for my QR ordered food I eventually approached the bar to be told oh we don't use that anymore. I ended up with soup and there wasn't even any bread rolls to go with it. I don't think I will be back, it just wasn't worth the money for me.

Pleasant visit and breakfast service in a quiet atmosphere COVID safe and plates etc removed quickly. Thorough cleaning was in progress to every visible service. Breakfast food choice is as would be expected, pity there is no choice of brown bread.
