Early morning departures, there is no hot food for your guests. Hot food is not served until 11. There are plenty of drinks and snacks I feel for what I paid, the service did not justify the cost

No warm snacks, very little for children. No healthy snacks. We have used several lounges Cardiff has been the poorest.

The food choice was awful I've been in the lounge at Exeter airport and you could take bottled water from there and I didn't even pay to use that lounge it came with the journey I was on as standard Why allow children into the lounge if you don't cater for them food wise I had to buy some food in the airport to bring in to the lounge Terrible please don't let me win as I would never use again I've also used Gatwick lounge curtesy of the holiday company and there too I could take a bottle of water and the food choice was more extensive my husband has travelled from T2 before and had a wider range of food choices we were so looking forward to the lounge but we're really disappointed my husband has had mouth cancer and there were no soft food options he can't eat spicy food and the pasta was no good. Not everyone eats curry why limit to pasta or curry Will never use again waste of money

Had a real difficulty finding 2 seats together even though some people were spread out over more than 1 seat. No toilet is a mistake. The food was disappointing.

Very little food choice, mostly just salad. Tables not clean. Prosecco not included. Queuing for drinks (one person serving, who didn't even know what type of wine was available). All in all, not the best experience & left feeling it had been a complete waste of money!

Wanted a nice quiet start to our family holiday, after arriving the lounge was not only noisy with crying babies/children for approximately one and an half hours, but also the dress code was not adhered too, which after our 6hour drive and then changing in to appropriate clothing in the car park we was not best pleased.

The food wasn't good - not much choice at all for hot food. It was completely crowded with barely anywhere to sit.

Lounge was cramped, felt like we were sitting in a corridor rather than an airport lounge. The area was crowded, too many people struggling to find a seat. I had nowhere to freshen up after my transatlantic flight unless I wanted to pay £20 for shower. Food was very average, no cups for coffee. Not the feeling I normally get when using lounges, felt very second rate.

I thought there wasn't a great deal of choice for food. My son has a nut allergie and the staff were not helpful. So even though we paid extra for our first and last experience in the lounge we had to pop out to Burger King. Also the wifi didn't work in any of our phones.

Opened 5 minutes late (we were there for an early flight). Uninspiring breakfast menu (no sausages!). Coffee not good. The room in not geared for comfort compared to other lounges I have visited.

it was quiet, away from the main airport noise. however, the carpets were disgustingly dirty and stained as were some of the seats. Choice of food was abysmal - pasta with tomato sauce or soup! and a couple of small cakes. Drinks were better with a large choice available.

The food selection was very poor, Luke warm sausages, dry bread rolls and limited choice. The tables were left dirty for a long time and the greeting at the reception was poor. I had travelled with my family ( wife , six year old and six weeks old ). As I approached the counter the staff member looked at us and started to say they were full, however stopped talking when I produced the booking firm . I have used airport lounges extensively with work and as we are emigrating to Bahrain , wanted the trip to start well for my family. This was not the kind of greeting I am used to at an airport lounge. The lounge greeting was the worst, and the lounge the worst value for money I have ever experienced . Mark Burrows
