I would have expected a warmer welcome, better choice of hot food, a better atmosphere and there should be toilets available in the lounge. The staff were ok and it was too cold. This should have been a much more memorable experience considering it was the start of our holiday

The choice of food was very limited and not regularly replenished the lounge itself was very busy and was harder to find a seat than in the actual terminal

The lounge was over crowded long wait for food and A drink no papers might as well as gone to the normal general area if you are going to let so many people in

There is a dedicated area which quite clearly is a "quiet zone"; no mobile phones etc. There was complete disregard with phone conversations and loud group conversations which could just as easily have taken place in the general area. I was unable to find a member of staff to bring this to their attention. Perhaps a very clear sign on every table reminding guests of this?

food was a joke, egg mayo, tuna mayo, cheese savory, and buns, no pasta meals as promised, a horrible soup, smallest buns I have ever seen, hard crisp, no variety what so ever, no draught beer, bottles very ltd, no cider, smallest bar for such a big lounge, had to queue for drinks, then asked for a double gin and tonic, women said they only gave singles, could not sit where you wanted, no music, had tv but no sound on, this is not worth the money you are asking, will not ever stay in this lounge again, think you should give a refund

the choice of food was very disappointing, what was on offer took a long time to be available. After waiting for butter for the single choice of bread roll, we then had to wait about 10 minutes for the ham to go with the left over salad. The soup that was on offer took about 20 minutes to arrive the bowls took about another 5 minutes which was shortly before the spoons arrived. The queues at the bar were so long that we didn't have time to get a second drink of tonic water. Tables took a long time to clear, there were no cups available for hot drinks and there was little evidence of staff available to ask for help.

We had to wait and queue up for 20 mins to get in. Given that I had paid to get in and that I had a plane to catch, it turned out to be a waste of my money. Very disappointed with the whole thing.

Very unhappy that the Wi-Fi was not working i booked the lounge to have guaranteed wifi however I informed the front desk about being unable to connect and was told sometimes this happens if the lounge is busy ... This is not acceptable I booked and paid £25 with this being the main reason. £25 is a lot or no e.g. To pay to have no Wi-Fi and unable to do any work I had planned. Disappointed

No good food, and not enough ,too many people ( the last lounge was better for that) music too loud, poor service. We used to go to the other lounge to relax before taking the plane, no way of doing that this timewith lights and music and people going on all the time.

Facilities felt tired (e.g. Toilets), and the lounge felt a bit grubby. The hot food took quite some time to replenish. Drinks being served by one member of staff leading to queues. Overall, didn't feel like an experience worthy of the price paid. Last time I used the facilities, I was travelling Business class and the separate lounge offered far better facilities and had a quality feel. I won't be relating the Aspire Lounge experience - the facilities in the Airport are better

On arrival we got in the back of the queue which was at least 20 people deep. After standing for 30 minutes with no movement I walked down to the desk to be told that they were at full capacity and only letting people in when others left the lounge. When I pointed out that I had booked previously on line the clerk pointed out that I didn't need to queue (no apology), but no-one had walked down the line to ensure no-one was queuing unnecessary. So 30 minutes waisted ! They let us in and showed us to our reserved table , which we had to ask someone to clean. When we proceeded to get some food, there was only scraps left, no cutlery and I waited and waited for the buffet to be topped up. Eventually I had to find the kitchen , knock on the door and when someone eventually answered I had to point out that the food was all gone and the cutlery was all gone. I asked why no-one was checking these things and was greeted with a rude stare but no answer. After another 5 minutes the food came out but because the cutlery was all dirty we were given plastic knives and forks. Once we had eaten our plates remained on the table for over half hour before I lost my patience and cleared the table myself. There are no toilets inside, they direct you back out into the airport to use the public toilets. This lounge needs effective management and the staff need to learn some customer service skills. The limited food options were terrible (when available). It is certainly not worth the ticket price and it is just as chaotic in this lounge as it is outside so you gain nothing by paying their inflated prices. NOT RECOMMENDED

"\"Missed the breakfast menu due to check in...\\r\\nPoor cold buffet. .. no prawns (did in May) no meat .. only poor choice of salad.. bit of cheese... \\r\\nThe two hot dishes that were available were both pasta!!! Beggers believe....\\r\\nWe did speak to a manager who did manage to get something warm for us. The price gas gone up and the quality and quantity has gone down... children were running wild (they shouldn't be allowed in in my view.. as it's sopposed to be quiet and relaxing) \\r\\nNot sure if I want to pay that amont of money and still have the trauma and upset of it all.\""

The staff was very nice, but the food choice wasn't great for children, I had to clean our table myself, we ordered a pizza and paid extra which look like it had been cooked by a planes engine, the lounge was dirty and not clean, we actually left early as it was a relaxing environment, disappointed.
