There wasn't a lot of food choice. The bread cakes were floury and dry.

Disappointing selection of food, cake or pasta is not worth the premium I paid. My partner left and went to an alternative restaurant for a meal. The room was very cold and uncomfortable. I won't return again.

The way we were greated as I had a family of 8 plus my grandson. I had to book two groups due to the limit being 6 Then we were made to feel like criminals for wanting to be a family not a rowdy hen party or similar.

No fault of the lounge but we never made it to the lounge due to the layout of the airport. When you clear security you come down a flight of stairs to passport control, Gates B&D one way (the way we had to go) and Gates A&C to the right. We obviously went in the direction required and when through passport control we realised the lounge wasnt there and there was no way of getting back to it. So we didnt get to experince the lounge and wasted our money

Over crowded, unhelpful staff. One area roped off for a particular airlines travellers, only 3 people used this in the time that we were there, and others were being refused entry as the Lounge was full. Not a pleasant relaxed wait for our flight.

On arrival the receptionist indicated I hadn't bought a departure pass only an arrival one. Kept me waiting ten minutes before changing her mind. Quality of lounge compared day to Gatwick was poor and basic.

Coffee machine out of order Draft Lager out of order Staff cleaning coffee machine with blue gloves on and then serving drinks wearing same blue gloves Had to repeat the word 'beans' five times to staff as she did not understand what I was asking for ........embarrassing 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I am a vegetarian, and was disappointed to find that there wasn't any warm breakfast options for vegetarians. I asked an employee who replied "We usually have egg but we haven't got any". If the only warm option for vegetarians you are going to provide is egg then you should make sure it is available! We had even rang before booking the loung to make sure vegetarian options were available... yes I was able to have quoissants, cereal, fruit and yoghurt but I wanted a warm breakfast.0

Very basic facilities, the only food on offer was a selection of sandwiches. Out of a family of four, I'm the only one who had anything to eat. I feel like I paid £100 for a cheese sandwich.

For the money you pay would expect more choice of drinks and food , not everyone likes brew dog and crafted beers, cooked food was very limited , would have thought chef would have been at hand , limited staff too.

Very few people in lounge which was good because half of the charge points were not working so had to try 3 different seats to find one that worked in addition to the area that was explained to me in the first instance that was not working. Food very poor, choice of a soup and pasta with tomato sauce which was cold. I have had a lot better in other paid for lounges. Carpets need a clean marks all over them.

We struggled to find seats , the only ones available were the high bar stools which isn't very relaxing for 2.5 hours . The food was extremely disappointing. Two types of pasta and neither of them were palatable. We ended up eating ham and egg sandwiches. We have used lounges frequently but this experience has definitely put us off using them again . We would have got much better Skye for money eating in one of the airport food areas

was no hot food as stated just 2 croissants ceral or choice of apples or oranges this was all the food that was available the cabinets was dirty greasy and chipped made it feel cheap and tacky and we only got 45 mins to use the louge even tho we was one of the first to check in our luggage by time got through security we only had one hour 15 mins left then the receptionists at your louge took a further 20 mins to serve the customer infront of me as they had no idea how to process them and then 15'mins to work out how to scan my e ticket! it couldnt of been a worst experience the staff had no clue what they was doing wasted most of my time and the food that was on offer was minimal for the cost i could of gone anywhere else had same amount of drinks i had time to drink plus full english breakfast and still saved money! i ended up with a bowl of cereal and 2 drinks for my £20+ on top of all that i dressed appropriately according to your rules to find out i was sitting next to a man in a tracksuit and a baseball cap! both according to your site not acceptable?!

There were tables reserved for customers who turned up 1:40 late yet all other customers couldn't use these seats resulting in overcrowding in other areas with large empty spaces, your staff couldn't decide how long to keep the reservation open for. This lounge should be on a first come first serve basis as all customers are paying the same amount. Queues for hot food and only a limited choice of alcoholic beverages.

Very poor service. Many tables left uncleaned. Not busy either. Snack availability poor. No sandwiches / pastries. Only crackers with 1selection of mini cheese. No water in fridge - had to ask for it. Generally very poor
