Seating areas not clear, lots of used plates and glasses left on tables, crumbs on seats and flooring. poor quality of food the pasta dish was very dry not very fresh. Overall generally not very clean and not worth the cost

We were disappointed that the family area was separate and the food offered in the family area was poor. Chicken nuggets (cold) and fries (cold). The toilets were also not clean upon arrival and in the 3 hours we were there they had not been cleaned. We had a 5 hour layover and were disappointed with the quality overall of this lounge.

No shower rooms, not enough sleeping couches, It was difficult to find the location of the lounge. But the service in the lounge was very good

The carpets were totally stained and dirty and the toilet flush didn't work. The food was passable though. I guess you get what you pay for but the carpets were totally unacceptable. Thank you Roger

Chooses of food available was limited as most dishes had ran out and not been replenished. Also difficult finding somewhere to sit. Reading material was too specialised not enough mainstream.

Toilets were dirty and unhygienic and this was visiting immediately after having been cleaned so no excuse. Seating areas were dirty and scruffy with food and crumbs left on and around the tables and floor. Food was disappointing, not much of a selection, not very well presented, and luke warm. On a positive note, most of the staff were friendly. Not impressed.

Reserved a table for 4 , someone however took said table then caused a scene when your staff asked them to move. Lounge very busy , not relaxing , usually book before every trip but won't be booking again

The food selection was poor - there was only a choice of pasta soup or salad. The overall service was very good but the disappointing food selection doesn't make the lounge worth the money. You may as well pay for food in the airport for a similar price but much much wider selection.

Inspite of their promise "BOOK DIRECT WITH US GUARANTEED DELAY COVER IN THE EVENT OF A DELAY, SENIOR RATES AND OUR PROMISE TO PRICE MATCH SHOULD YOU FIND OUR LOUNGES CHEAPER ELSEWHERE" They did not give a refund of GBP 5.25 when I sent them the details of an offer on www.trustdeals.com which was offering a better rate than them. I found the lounges at Heathrow at T3 to offer better value for money as they not only charge lower rates but offer free shower whereas there was and addiontal charge of GSP 20 for use of shower at Aspire T5.

Staff gave the impression of being under slave labour environment. No real connection with travellers. Poor selection of food available. When I asked about the availability of more food I was told that "as soon as the sausages ran out." There were five left and very little else to eat. There was a large group of British travellers who had obviously been drinking too much of the Apire Lounge alcohol and were very rowdy. I thought that the lounges were meant to be a haven away from the hussle and bussle of the main airport. I won't be using this lounge again.

Staff were rude, couldn't be bothered to serve us or even acknowledge us when we came in. We felt like an inconvenience and like we were being naughty asking for a drink! We took a bottle of tonic water for the plane and were chased out of the lounge like we were thieves! Ridiculous! The lounge was nice in itself but the staff were horrendous.

Nice seating area, food was of a poor standard. I found the staff unwelcoming and quite rude I heard them taliking negatively about another customer and his famiy, this was not something I was expecting from an experience that cost me and my family nearly £95!

Way to busy hardly any seats available to relax properly Food was very basic I had a chip out of my glass and didn't notice till I had a drink, I then highlighted this to a staff member who said oh sorry (really not bothered at all). Service was pretty poor from the gentleman

Over crowded which meant shuffling of chairs in order for a family to sit together, two areas cordoned off for other airlines were empty whilst we squeezed into the area. Lady on the front desk was as miserable as sin!

Nothing wrong apart from the choice of food and drink. The staff were friendly and the surroundings nice but basic. But the selection of crisps and soft drinks available was poor but the choice of wine and spirits was very poor. We've stayed in lounges in most southern and London airport and I'm embarrassed to say that Cardiff is the worst. But I guess you get what you pay for.
