Hard to find, no particular welcome and it was noisy. Didn't expect background music. Very limited choice for eating.

I have attempted give negative feedback but your system does not allow a full complaint as you do not allow too many charcters. Shocking service made to feel un welcome very unprofessional

Not much food on offer, lack of variety/choice. Only hot option was pasta. Not great selection, didn't really cater for children. Disappointing. Poor service, tables slow to be cleared. Large queue for drinks. Very disappointed considering what they advertise. Would not recommend.

The attitude of all staff was one of disgruntled apathy. There was no welcome greeting or explanation of procedures. I had booked myself and a friend into the lounge as a special treat but we were greatly disappointed. At one point we were told that only one drink per person was obtainable, only for this ridiculous rule to be overturned 15 minutes later after much complaining! So disgruntled were the fee paying passengers that armed police were called into the lounge!! The food was mediocre and limited in choice. So overall, the experience was the exact opposite to that which I had hoped for! I will not be recommending the lounge to anyone, without assurances and details of huge changes. Neil

I am an accountant and my partner a history teacher and we were using one complimentary visit and one visit from my American Express to enter the lounge. The complimentary visit had been given to myself after a terrible experience at another of your lounges. When arriving, the front desk attendant didn't even look up to greet us. We are 24 but look young and were dressed in smart holiday wear as we were going to be using the lounge and flying premium economy. The attendant couldn't have made it clearer that she did not rate us as important. She questioned the validity of the complimentary booking despite showing her the email confirming this which we had printed off. She didn't even look at it just demanding to know who had granted us this as she'd never seen it before and didn't believe it to be possible. This made us feel embarrassed in front of other waiting customers, she made it seem like we were trying to sneak in. As a professional, I don't doubt if I had been in my work wear and my partner in his suit we would have been treated completely differently. She was unwelcoming, rude and didn't make us feel like we should be there. She didn't inform us of the facilities available as we heard her telling other guests. Once she had processed our bookings she just waved us in. Extremely disappointing to be treated as a substandard guest when there is no reason to do so. We would not return to your lounge to be humiliated again. Please contact me at Harriet.brooks@kpmg.co.uk to discuss this further.

Stated hot meals were available online (such as pasta), and we planned around this. Only soup was available, and we were told that pasta was only served once the soup was used up. Limited magazines available and these weren't restocked for others.

For what it cost, i found the staff to be quite abrasive and like they didn't want to be there. The food was average and luke warm. Air conditioning was constantly on which made it unbearably cold. Not something I will be rushing to do again.

Compared to other lounges we thought this was poor value. Drinks included were limited to beer. Spirits and wine were charged additionally.

For the money you pay you don't get a lot more than if you were to just go to the restaurant its in

You are allowing too many bookings at peak times. We arrived at the lounge to find EVERY table booked for parties of 4 or 6 and these tables were left empty for over an hour. I did express my dissatisfaction with the manager (Avril) on the day and she moved some of the reservation tickets to allow me a comfortable seat, well done to Avril. The layout of the food also requires some attention as it causes congestion around valuable seating areas. Salad display could be in the central aisle instead of next to the bar which has the most traffic.

Room temperature was cold other guests also commented on that to us this was reported to your staff but to no improvement. Level of food offered was poor and very limited we have visited many VIP Lounges and yours was the poorest we visited to the point we would not book again with you we sat down and was told to move as it was reserved for Singapore passengers there was no signs in place to indicate this the whole service was poor no comments have been placed on Trip Advisor of above wished we not booked with you but you made at lot of profit from us so you won but we not be returning thanks for allowing me to comment

The seats, tables and plug sockets were very welcome however the choice of hot food was appalling, one mushroom pasta dish (what happens if you did not like mushrooms, both my children don't so they didn't eat an expensive seat for them), everything else was cold and unhealthy I.e. cakes, crackers and cheese etc. More choice of food needed. Also more choice of magazines and newspapers that we can take away would be great. The lady on reception was a jobs worth insisting on printed off paperwork which I couldn't find, she was not happy and would not accept the receipt on the mobile. She told us we needed to email the receipt to her so she could print it, not a good start to the experience. We will not be returning and will write this review on trip advisor. Next time we will go to the No 1 lounge. You need to improve!!

The lounge was very full and difficult to find a place to sit, which was the main reason for booking the lounge.

Choice of food wasn't great, and what they did have was hard and dried out. Washroom was disgusting, with a toilet that didn't flush, and a waste bin that was over flowing with brown paper towel.

No private toilets - you have to leave the lounge and use public ones. Very crowded - we got the last two seats. Internet was slow. Basic foods provided: cheap quiche and pasta and rice. Cheap cakes in packets and muffins. No food allergy alternatives e.g. lactose free milk. There was a bar if you wanted to pay for alcohol. There was a machine for coffee. There was a machine for soft drinks with small glasses provided. There were power sockets available for charging electronic goods. It was quieter than the main area but definitely not worth £30/ head.
