Other lounges offering more for the same amount. Food was ok (just ok) staff didn't want to be there. Have to pay for things like prosecco. Had to pay to take my 2 year old in and there was nothing for her! Funnily enough she doesn't like soup or salad. No crisps, kids drinks (not everyone wants to give their kids Coke) or anything really for them

Food was poor quality. Luke warm. Poor selection. Coffee is poor quality. Unless you plan on drinking plenty of alcohol it's not worth the money. Free wifi does not allow VPN so unable to use secure connection.

Hi I would have loved to review your lounge but due to the appalling delays at security and check in at Geneva Airport I only just made my flight. It took over 2.5 hours to get through so I didn't have the chance to use the lounge.

my wife and I joined a yearly membership with yourselves due to our previous visit 28th April at Bristol airport we had scrambled eggs and sausages as well as the usually continental breakfast - this time no eggs or sausages! only bread rolls that were stale - we then asked for white wine which was undrinkable so asked for a rosa Wine which was just the same - we asked your staff for alterative wine and was told that was all they had and that it was Spanish! we thought it was very poor and to make matters worse we took a friend who booked in the lounge as well ( which she would not normally do ) and for £25 for a bowl of cereal and cup of tea! very very expensive and we felt terrible for making our friend book in the first place

Your food selection was poor compared to Escape Lounge and tables weren't cleared quickly enough. Both can be easily rectified with some more staff.

Thought the staff were so grumpy and unhelpful, apart from the 2 girls on reception they greeted us with a smile the rest were awful even tutted at me when I asked for butter as the dish was empty, I use this lounge a lot and had a good experience but was very disappointed this time I've booked my next holiday and will be flying out on my birthday I was going to book the aspire lounge but may try a different one this time, will think about it shame as I really like this lounge but grumpy staff let it down could understand a little if it was early morning flight but it was lunch time

Lack of spirits , ran out of hot food and Gordon's Gin. Not very enjoyable experience and in future will use No1 lounge.

From previous occasions the experience was poor. The choice of food was very limited with very little gluten free options, which had been advertised differently in marketing emails. The measures are also much smaller than on previous visits, this encouraging more trips to the bar. Overall not a great experience.

It took far to long to check in... there was a huge queue and more than 1 person should have been on reception. Constantly running out of food and as only 1 person at the bar, queue was disappointing...

The airport was extremely busy, we were a party of 7, we had 5 pre booked passes as the other two members of the party had dragon passes. They were not allowed in as we were told the lounge was at 'full capacity'. When we got into the lounge, it was no where near capacity. The problem was that too many singles were occupying large tables. If individuals were shown to tables staff made sure they utilised the space appropriately, then you would be able to fit many more people in there. The whole thing is poorly laid out and I dread to think how they will cope when the airport expands. The staff were stressed, unfriendly and bordering on rude. The chap behind the bar didn't smile once and had no conception of customer service and giving people a great experience. Not a great start and not worth the money!

I was very disappointed with the lounge compared to another I have previously used at the airport. Your seat is not reserved in any way and also you may have to share a table with other people. Would not book again.

Had to queue for around 15 minutes to get in. Very poor wine selection 2 Whites, 1 Red. Nice salads but only 2 hot choices. Obviously need more staff as had to find an employee each of the 3 times we went to the bar.
