Overall just really busy, not very relaxing and didn't feel very exclusive, it took a while to find a seat. The chairs weren't all that comfortable. The bathrooms weren't well ventilated. The staff was working really hard at cleaning up throughout my stay, but that's all I could really focus on. Food was average but acceptable.

Having used various lounges in Manchester and Liverpool this was just not good value. Will not book again. Newspapers, but I couldn't take one, was morning so no bar, just tea/coffee and 1dlice of crispy bacon in a roll. Really poor. Have no idea what we paid for, ended up leaving to try and find some real food. Will not book for a morning flight, will look at other lounges.

There was no food only drinks the beer was also disappointing at least in the other lounge there were bottles of carlsburg which would have been cold. We could only have a refund if we didn't enter I think there should be a free entry on the next visit at least

One member of the staff was very rude and clearly felt she was far too important to deal with customers, the breakfast choice was poor, surely toast isn't too much too ask for. Room was very cold, air con on way to high.

As a frequent user of aspire lounges I found the service to be very poor and the staff very unfriendly, i use the lounges to start off my five star holidays with a great experience from start to finish but found we were treated like we were in some three star all-inclusive holiday complex. There was not enough mixers for the drinks and were even told that you had run out of Worcestershire Sauce so I couldn't even have my favourite tipple of a bloody Mary before getting on the plane. I was very disappointed as I had recommended this service to our friends traveling with us.

The food choice was extremely disappointing. prepacked cheese and crackers, no fresh salad and a limited selection of bread. Plus by the food ran out before our allotted time and wasn't replenished. The lounge was also extremely busy and we had to wait for a table despite booking.

Only one very harassed assistant on the desk collecting money led to queues out of the door and on to the stair well. Lounge noisy and crowded. Poor selection of cold food, no hot food. Indifferent staff.

Have been in many business lounges worldwide. Food in this one was well below average. Also, very disappointed having to pay an additional fee of 15 pounds to use the shower. All other lounges I have been to Sinapore, S. Korea, Japan etc.) include the shower in the entrance fee.

Took over 10 minutes to check in after booking couldn't be found, (before we appeared on the system??), our pre booked & paid for prosseco cldnt be supplied as there wasn't any in the fridge, the food was the poorest we've ever had in 20 years of going in lounges, (basic selection of salad elements, cake or Luke warm penne), no option to select a cold drink or beer without a long queue. What's the point of ever using a chargeable lounge that gives you all the frustration & inconvenience of the public concourse which is free??

Too many people are let in, the only space I could find had a non-functioning socket for my computer, no toilet, mediocre food. This is absolutely not worth the money!!

The food choice could have been better, I felt the rolls were abit stale and dry. The layout was poorly done too. It was clean but the layout not as good as other lounges I have stayed at in other airports.

Very small cramped area. Completely full, mainly if children. Not the peaceful wait for a flight I expected. Good selection was poor, service even worse. Not worth the £30 fee at all

Where to begin no beer wine tonic water sandwiches and member of staff informed me that the deliveries had not arrived. But I would like to say the staff did an admiral job under the testing conditions especially the 2 guys in the bar area. I thought something should have been offered on the day.

I was there first thing in the morning and the selection of food was poor, I don't think I would purchase this again as it wasn't worth the money.

Nothing to eat for me (I'm vegan). There was a fruit basket, but I was hoping for at least vegan Marge and soya milk. Vegans and the lactose-intolerant are not catered for; I believe you're missing out a large number of customers. For that reason I won't be coming back.
