I felt the tables in the lounges were very closely packed together and it was very full. The result of that was that it wasn't a restful experience for me. The food was good however the serving counter was right at the point where customers walked down the only aisle to get to the back of the lounge so got quite congested. I did not feel I got a benefit worth the cost that I had to pay to come in, and I actually ended up leaving before I had to and waiting outside for a bit. What was nice was the express spa treatments however it would have been good to be able to book those in advance. To be honest, I am not sure I would use the lounge again, just wasn't value for money. Pleasant man on reception though.

To be honest it was not the best lounge we have visited.it was very sterile and unwelcoming. No hot food and staff who were too stuffy and made you feel you were an inconvenience when asking for a drink if which you were reminded several tines you were allowed a recommended 3 drinks.I'm 56 not 18. I am well aware of my limitations. We are frequent travellers and Cardiff being our local airport a bit disappointed. We will not use the service again..

Poor selection of food, and what little was available was over cooked. Tables were not being cleared.

place was full up, no where to sit. toilets aren't actually on the premise, you have to go out to use the public toilets. I thought it was a bit penny pinching to limit sparkling wine to 1 glass. £35 for some cheese, no seat and one glass of sparling wine. not my view of VFM.

Almost all crew apart from the gentleman who stood in the entrance, were unresponsive and sluggish. This was my second time and my last time on this lounge! Please do not contact me!

The woman on reception was not very welcoming, quite rude at times. There wasnt a wide variety (as I am a vegetarian this made it even worse) the alcohol ran out so we was having to wait for it to be refilled, same with the sandwiches we had to wait a long time for them to come out and when they did we had to que for them due to others also waiting a long time. There was some other staff whom were very approachable throughout and tried to help as much as they could keeping the lounge clean and tidy.

We found that the lounge does not offer the variety and quality of food and beverages that it previously did. Other guests nearby made the same comment to us. I wrote to the manager and did not find his response sincere or serious. It used to be a pleasure to spend time in the lounge before a long flight. Now it feels like being in the economy section of most flights.

On entering the lounge we could not find a table and as tables were being vacated 'reserved' signs were being applied. I was not aware reservations of tables was available! Eventually, after removing a 'reserved' sign we sat down and was very disappointed at the offerings for hot food. No samosas were available and we had to wait 15 minutes as a few more were put out. The choice of chickpea curry or quiche along with a slither of Victoria sponge or an orange was not good enough and far below the standard we would expect. Tables were dirty. I enjoyed the fact that London Pride was available but for 3 small bottles of London Pride and two glasses of (low grade) red wine we were both very disappointed and will not use your services again. £45 wasted that would have been better spent in the terminal.

No beer and nowhere to sit. I do not see the point in paying £250 per year for Priority Pass membership when I am kept waiting at reception desk, whilst people who have bought a one off admission are prioritised ahead of me and treated to prime seating. The lounge was out of beer "due to supplier issues". The receptionist tried her best to be accommodating and was eventually successful, but first impressions are lasting ones and her hands were tied by protocols.

Very limited choice of hot breakfast food. Bacon and scrambled eggs only. Seats uncomfortable if staying in there for 3hrs. Very poor value for money.

Staff were wonderful they are the only good thing about this lounge Food is just dreadful. Really bad. You spending just a few more quid here would make such a massive difference Washrooms have poor hand drying facilities you need to replace those hand dryers with ones that are fast and hygienic. We've put PHS Airstream Whisper in our office and they are brilliant and only a few quid a month if you rent them

The lounge is comfortable and the selection of food and drink is reasonable unfortunately the management seem to want ram as many people as possible in leading to issues with availability of seating. Also there is a sizeable minority of users who see the lounge as a way of maximising alcohol consumption for minimum outlay with the resultant obnoxious behaviour being inevitable. If you hoping the Lounge would provide some respite from the crowded public lounge I'm afraid you would be sorely disappointed and I was and as a result I will not be using the lounge again.

When we arrived at the lounge stairs there was a queue coming down the stairs. We joined the queue and were in it for 15 minutes at the back while a person at the front was taking up the time with the lady on reception. My partner went up the stairs and asked what was happening as we were loosing time out of our booking. When he mentioned that, the reply was if you have booked you should come to the front! How are customers to know that? As we presumed the 5 couples in front had bookings too. If you have people turning up adhoc and trying to get in, then there should be a separate queue clearly marked for booked customers!
