Although the lounge itself is very nice I felt that on this occasion the lounge had clearly been over sold. I actually left early as the bar que was too long and constant, only to find even bigger ques at the airport general bars. Maybe I picked a bad day. It's the first bad experience I've had after using your lounge on several occasions before.

this was my first visit to aspire lounges and i found it under staffed which created long queues particularly at the bar food running out and taking a while to be replenished

Too busy, 20 mins to get a drink. Poor quality of food. Wouldn’t return.

I felt that the lounge is not at the same standard as other lounges and has detiorated since the last time i was in there. The food was poor limited choice of drinks no atmosphere we arrived at 12pm by 1230 there was no tonic water surely they could have got this from upstairs

We arrived at 1pm to be told there was gin left and they couldn't get anymore until the delivery arrived in the evening , the snacks as they stated online wasn't available and we had to keep asking them to bring out certain drinks and food we came as a family paid adult prices for our 12year olds and we expected a lot more for our money or at least for them to be fully stocked a lot of people were complaining we asked to speak to a manager to be told they done have one . I'd think again before booking here

Small selection of food and bar run out of tonic not impressed at all if you offer a service you should at least make sure there is enough stock to serve your customers My surprise for my Aunt and Uncle fell short of my Expectations

Food and drink was fine was in there for 3 hours no staff cleared up any tables or booths, you pay extra to go in aspire plus where staff use it more like a staff room sat in booths eating & drinking, female receception staff coming in and dipping into biscuit jar on many occasions.

When we arrived staff on reception was lovely it was our first time in the executive lounge friends suggested to us we thought we would try it out. But we were very disappointed. There were no food being brought out we had to wait. I no some people were complaining Wen they did the food was disappointing there we no puddings or anything so all we had was a little pasta and a couple of drinks certainly not worth the money we could of had a better meal on the airport the lady who serve the drinks wasn't very friendly not great first time experience

There was hardly any food choice at all other than salads I wouldn’t pay £50 again to come in, didn’t get money worth at all..

Quite a wait to get in though I might just have chosen a bad time, it was lunchtime. Catering was basic and the food kept running out. Staff looked worn down with little eye contact and no smile. Long line waiting for drinks. Tables not being cleared with piles of glasses and plates building up. The seating was comfortable and the quiet area especially good. View of the runway interesting. Location within the departure area easy to find and convenient.

The food was not at all good. The plates were tiny. Plain pasta. And salad that was running out. Poor.

Twelve months ago myself and 9 others visited the Aspire lounge, I was very impressed. Based on this visit I insisted my family and I visit the lounge as a good way to start our holiday. We were extremely disappointed as the standards and food available were sub standard. Why have the nuts and crisps been removed.?

Having visited twice last year I was disappointed with the experience. There was no fruit or cakes or any snacks as there had been in the past.

Not enough seating for volume of people using lounge, people asleep taking up multiple seats, variety of food poor.

We arrived the receptionist Joanne was extremely unhelpful my daughter was with her new born baby and was told she could not enter due to wearing tracksuit pants. A fantastic lady called Geraldine resolved it by suggesting she turned them inside out.

Poor selection of hot food. Overcrowded. Alcoholic drinks cost money. Simply not any value for money.

We checked into the lounge around 9am - the food choice was very poor and limited soft drinks were on offer. The lounge was very busy and there were empty boxes and stacks of refuse by the door. Compared to other airport lounges we have visited both in Manchester and elsewhere it felt somewhat second rate

Rude, unhelpful, disinterested staff. Not enough space for customers as Singapore airlines had sectioned off one third of the lounge despite no one in it!
