I was disappointed with the Lounge at Liverpool, when compared with the one at Stansted. In my opinion the choice of snacks was poor, also the seating was, again in my opinion badly arranged. There were no toilet facilities, and the general overall impression was of a small room squeezed into an unsuitable space. Following my visit to Stansted, I decided to use the Lounge at Liverpool, but not again, I think I'd have been better off using the general facilities. Sorry, but you did ask!

Lounge too full (we had booked well in advance of our visit). Food available very poor, lack of choice. Drinks machine inoperable. Wifi very poor. Expected much better overall after paying £175 for 4 adults and a 2 year old. Will not be booking again.

There was very little food. I had a ham sandwich after a 15 min wait! I then had to spread my butter 'again had to ask for it' with a spoon! Drinks were awful as was the service and wait.

The most basic lounge we have ever visited, selection of food and snacks was poor. This was our first experience of being in a lounge where there was a bar and someone served your drinks rather than help yourself. My husband and I are frequent and responsible travelers and I was not impressed by the attitude of the bar staff querying your request for another drink. We will not use either the airport or this lounge again if we can fly from somewhere else.

A very disappointing visit. We arrived at approx 7.30am, and the place looked like a bomb site. It was dirty, food on the seats, tables needing clearing, children running around out of control.Quality and selection of breakfast was poor, more like a canteen than an executive lounge. I'm a regular user of the airport lounges in Manchester and have never before been so dissatisfied. I intend to contact the service provider with my full complaint.

The whole experience was bad from the start. We were a group of 8 and as it was my brother in laws 67th birthday thought we would go in the lounge to make it a bit special. It took 7 phone calls to actually book it. When we arrived it was chaotic and no seats had been booked together for us. We had to sit in 3 separate areas

Great selection of drinks, average food (I was there in the evening when usually I would fly first thing and actually like the morning menu) I did not get wifi which was very inconvenient. Also very very busy. As a regular user who has been using the Luton lounge many of times, I was very disappointed and would now consider going to a restaurant in Luton Ariport rather than booking the lounge.

Arrived to be told that the lounge was overbooked and we either stand around or request refund. Decided to wait for a table which we finally found, my wife left to use the ladies at which point people were constantly requesting to use her seat. Food choices were also sparse not much choice. We book lounge to relax before flight and this did not happen.

On arriving the gentleman greeting me wasn't blessed with the greatest social skills. There wasn't a great deal of choice in terms of food, and things were not replenished very quickly. I would not book Aspire again.

The lounge was dirty, tables and floors. By 7pm there was no Gin left and the food was inedible. It was noisy from the lady behind the counter throwing glass bottles into a bin behind the counter. You should have your own mystery shopper experience to fully understand what your customers are experiencing. The only positive was that it was empty and there where plenty of places to sit. It was not worth £49 and I'm not sure I'd do it again. It's a shame as it's a nice way to start a holiday.

I have been in a few airport lounges and found the one at Liverpool to be too small and not enough food choices. I was disappointed to have to make up my own sandwiches, which consisted of tuna, cheese or egg!! Not much choice of food for the price paid. Not everyone is there for the drinks. In future I won't be booking this lounge.
