For the £21 each which was paid definitely not worth the money. In lounge area about 5am, there was cereals, hot drinks and croissants, toaster wasn't working properly. It would be nice to have hot rolls if this was possible.

Have to pay extra for shower. Other bathrooms not really set up for refreshing, eg. shaving etc. Food not inspiring, unless you are vegetarian.

the amount of people in the Aspire lounge at the time of our visit was far too many there was inadequate seating availability the queues to get any of the snacks was ridiculous, there wasn't any plates or cutlery available and the choice of available snacks was very poor the queue to get any drinks were totally unacceptable at one the queue for the bar was 28 people in length, with no glasses available when I finally got to the front of the queue I questioned the serving staff member on the amount of people in the EXECUTIVE lounge and was told that for whatever reason September always seems to be chaos in the lounge?? I have always had fantastic service and choice on all previous visits and always recommended it to family and friends, but after this visit I doubt I will do so again at a cost of £25.00 per person and limited time allowed in the lounge I found this visit extremely disappointing and feeling sorry for the working staff as they were getting put under extreme pressure by increasingly disgruntled customers

There was a poor choice of snacks and the restriction with alcohol (albeit understandable due to the few abusers) was unfair

There was not enough staff on as it took about 20/25 minutes as you had to que for your drinks then there was never enough food, seating was full also. I think to be fair it had been overbooked and well and truly understaffed. I was very disappointed as we use the lounge on all are holidays We may have to rethink for the next time

The food was left out for far too long and the daytime menu had very little choice for hot food, two types of pasta. Both were hard and had been out for a long time. The cold food was sandwiches that consisted of white rolls only and a few types of fillings. This was not what was advertised on the website, then you go back and check and in small print at the bottom of the page it states that the menu is subject to change at various times subject to availablity. We complained about this and got nowhere. On top of this the lounge was freezing and everyone in the lounge had complained, the staff told me that the temp is maintained by the airport, yet we when in to the lounge next door and it was definitely far warmer. We spoke to the costumer service dept who basically fobbed me off with various excuses. This is not the experience we were expecting and we had booked this as part of our send off for our parents who were moving to Spain. We feel very disappointed and will not be using this lounge again, nor will we be recommending it to anyone else. We will also be posting this review on trip advisor.

Not a good selection of food, for morning you'd expect some hot food choices and not just toast or porridge even if it meant charging an extra £5 per person for example.

Very limited food available which was of low standard, and there was no seat when we arrived, we found one by luck. The lounge was entirely full with lots of others trying to grab seats which didn't make for a relaxed environment. The lounge design and space was cramped and our table was dirty. I am not sure we would use the service at T5 again. We were a group of three who treated ourselves to the service as a nice kickstart to our trip but we were left wishing we had gone to one of the airport restaurants instead. Disappointing, would not recommend it.

"I was disappointed in what was on offer in comparison to my visit 2 years ago. Bacon was Luke warm by the time buns came out then sausages eventually came out when there were no buns left. Staff shortages meant timely waiting at bar! Only sweet assortment was rather tasteless scones & jam. Probably only good value if you are a drinker!!! "

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. There was enough seating. What i found quite shocking though, was the food. Everything was carbs, pasta, rice, baked beans. The salads were no better. I'd certainly pay attention to giving people a better overall experience by serving better variety food.

I have used this lounge several times and it is always too full to get a seat - there is a time allocation feature when booking so I don't understand why you are ever over capacity? I book this lounge to work comfortably before my flight, and I couldn't do this on this occasion, nor could I access the power points. On top of this, the food is not the best quality nor quantity and most of the staff running the area are rude and/or unhelpful.

On my last visit 23/9/17 the lounge was over booked. People were being turned away as no seating available. Customers were very disappointed, were asked to return in an hour or apply for a refund. I eventually got access after about a 20 minute wait. I booked with Aspire Direct, I did try to contact to find out why the lounge was over booked, but no one available at weekends. So on the visit it was not good, but normally a great value for money experience with freindly staff.

Really disappointed after paying so much. We had an early flight. The lounge tables were all covered in dirty dishes and bottles. No one cleared them for over an hour. I had to wait for the hot food to be brought out and when it was, it looked so unappetising. We have used Manchester lounge before and it was so much better.

Not very impressed staff seemed to be run of their feet at times with very little leadership. At on point I queued for the bar for 20 minutes. Surely when you have bookings for these spikes in the day it should be staffed accordingly
