No hot food upon arrival, then very little choice available, no pastries or snacks other than crisps. I do not think its value for money at all unfortunately.

"No toilet facilities, food took too long to be replaced. Also staff did not have a clue who we were as the company we booked with never informed them we were coming. It was very embarrassing to have to prove that we had booked with a queue of people behind us.It was a very busy lounge and staff could not keep up with removing dirty crockery and empty bottles and cans. All in all a waste of money, we would not use this service again."

The lounge was absolutely rammed, we struggled to find a table, we managed to get one after 20 mins of being in there. We went to get a drink and had to queue up for another 15 mins. The food we had was mediocre and was barely warm. Overall not a very good experience and I won’t be looking to book again unfortunately.

Arrival was good with pleasant reception staff. However once into the lounge there were insufficient seating for the amount of people. This was hampered more as there were 2 tables, one with 4 seats and the other with 6 seat that had a reserved label on them. For the duration of our stay neither were occupied at any time! One of the staff members in the lounge was abrupt at best and the lady behind the bar never smiled once. The whole area was badly laid out with narrow walkways between the seating and serving areas for food. All in all compared to our visits to the lounge we have used before in T2 & T3we know which one we would prefer given the option!!

Overall didn't think the staff were particularly friendly and the food described on the internet wasn't available either and not much choice of drinks available also I had to be drink a bottle of beer as there were no clean glasses etc. Went to the escape lounge a couple of weeks earlier before our honeymoon and found it a lot nicer atmosphere and staff were more friendly.

Replenishment of food and cups etc was far too slow. It was busy but I had to wait too long for access to breakfast. Also, the variety of options available were disappointing. I didn't see this as good value for money for a business traveller.

Arrived at about 9.30am. Only egg or bacon hot food. Stale bread and had to have a table cleared to sit down. WiFi not working. Terrible value although staff were great.

"Food not replenished, tables dirty and not cleared, no security on door - walked out to go to toilet and shopping on several times and not once was asked to confirm who I was when re-entering, just poor was expecting better value for money, food was cold, bread stale, butter rock hard so broke the cheap bread roll when trying to spread - won't be rebooking!"

Nothing specifically went wrong - it was just generally poor. The food on offer was extremely limited in choice, only just warm, not replenished and the bread rolls were not fresh. The lounge was far too busy to the point of being crammed and there were therefore no seats. There had been a significant increase in price (25%) and what had previously been a relaxing, enjoyable and value for money experience is now, quite simply, anything but. The £24.99 paid for what I experienced (and my fellow travellers agree) is a disgrace and, in my view, standards have definitely slipped - we shall not return.

Tables were not cleaned as much as possible. Not enough selection food wise and need more signs for mini fridge. This can be improved

The place was full the receptionist said I would be lucky to get a seat. I did eventually but it was a small table by the limited buffet. there was nowhere to plug in my laptop and I was very uncomfortable. Ironically if I had paid for a coffee in Starbucks I could have sat at a comfortable table with internet access and a charger :-) I will not use this facility again

I usually book the Escape Lounge but on this occasion, it was fully booked and thus, I booked the Aspire Lounge. We were greeted by a member of staff that I would have expected to be more friendly, rather than just feeling that we were being processed. This was the start of our holiday, after all. While the Lounge was busy, we were able to get a bar stool by the window with a power point, enabling us to charge our appliances before the flight. The Aspire Lounge Wifi was good. The queue for the bar was so long during the time of our visit that even ordering soft drinks took between 5 and 10 minute as there was only one person serving all drinks. The food was poor and not kept fully stocked during our visit. I tried the soup, which was terrible and then the pasta, which was luke warm and I had to scrape the bottom of the serving dish. I went back to see if the salad had been refilled but it hadn't. All in all, this was not good value for money and I won't be booking this Lounge again.

I wanted to work in the quiet zone. There were no real tables on which to put my lap top and all the people around me were talking very loudly and drinking spirits at 08:00 am The food and drink were excellent but my reason for buying the lounge pass was to find a quiet corner where i could work. I do not think the lounge should be advertised as having a quiet zone as it doesn't. The lounge is fine if you are going away on holiday but should Be labelled as unsuitable for businnes or people wanting peace and quiet N

The Lounge was over busy we were asked by staff to move twice and to share tables with other customers. This was due to 1/3 of the lounge being reserved for an airlines customers, of which their where 3, they had so much room it was ridiculous. In addition we had to clear the dirty dishes from the tables we were moved to. The price paid was for 3 hours however we were not allowed to entry until 3 hours before our flight took off, this means as we have to be at a gate 45 minutes before the flight, we were only ever going to get 2 hours max. As myself and my party paid to get away from the crowds, we feel that we were miss sold this lounge. I will not be recommending this experience to anyone else.

There was no food for breakfast left so had to spend money to buy one elsewhere meaning little time was spent in the actual lounge

The lounge was extremely difficult to find. None of the airport staff or anyone working in any of the other lounges knew where it was located. Once I found it (it's actually a restaurant above the McDonalds), I sat down to have dinner and a beer, and the food that was in all the chaffing dishes on the buffet sat there for the next four hours of my wait for my flight. I wondered how long it had been in the chaffing dishes before I ate it. I threw up in the middle of my flight and spent the approx. next 24 hours feeling awful. I believe it was the old food that made me sick.

There were no seats as the lounge had been double booked, we were a party of 5 and could not get seats together until a plane had been called for boarding, the food was poor and one person on the bar so there were long queues to get a drink, the staff seemed to be grumpy and did not know how to smile
