Absolutely freezing, asked a staff member the problem and was told it was out of their hands. Not the only person that morning to complain about the cold. Also getting served was hard work, as staff were always in the back talking loudly. i knew more about their christmas work rota then they, not professional at all

I felt that there was not enough choice of food, bread cakes and ham and cheese and fruit I do not think is worth the money that we paid if I’m Honest, I will not be returning I do not think

The quality of food served was worse I had in a long time. The escape lounge is far better including the service welcome etc. My wife was very disappointed

Too noisy! I predominantly use airport lounges to retreat from the chaos to a quiet calm area, increasingly, groups are being admitted who are in 'party' mode and are loud. Despite being sat in your 'quiet' area, noise from such people was clearly audible and frankly annoying. Lounges should make it clear to bookers that an ambience of quiet is to be adhered to.

The food quality was poor- very little selection of breads- had to ask about tuna filling which was not displayed. The mushroom pasta was tasteless and I had to hunt the mushroom!

There are a variety of drinks however, the food was very poor. We had to attempt to try and make some sort of sandwich so we at least had something to eat. We booked the lounge because we were celebrating our honeymoon. We were very disappointed and will not be booking it again.

The food was awful - dried out pasta, cheese and ham, soggy scones and watery soup. The lounge wasn't busy thankfully, but neither was the rest of the airport during the time we were there so would have been better saving the £40 spent for lounge access and going to another bar/restaurant for some better food and drink.

We were very disappointed with the Aspire terminal 5 lounge. Most seats were taken when we arrived and we had to change seats 3 times before we were comfortable. There were people lying across three seats and another with bare feet on a table. Because of the number of people and the narrowness of the facility the lounge was tatty and not particularly clean. The Gin & Tonic glasses were too small. No separate toilets for the lounge. At £60 for the 2 of us we decided we will not use it again.

Not impressed with the food at all. Dry bread buns and not much variety. We booked into the escape lounge last year in Leeds/Bradford, which in my opinion was far more superior.

Understaffed which meant there was no food available for quite a while which meant queues and if you were not at the front of the queue food ran out again.

Very very limited food available. Not what should have been on the menu. Not all drinks available. No stock. Staff not interested in the problem. An absolute disgrace.

They were short staffed there was no food available for 30 mins which meant two of my party never got to eat .i booked the lounge to start our holiday in a relaxed enviroment but many passengers were disgruntled and angry and i do feel i would have got a much better enviroment and better value having a breakfast and refreshment in the main airport area.i paid for six people to enter the lounge totalling 150 pounds which i feel would have been far better spent else where .we were all very dissatisfied with the lounge and will not book the experience again .

Very small lounge, with no direct access to toilet. We arrived at 1.30pm on a Saturday afternoon and the staff were very very slow in replenishing the small amount of food that was available. Even when they replenished the food - there was no cutlery available to eat it with. When leaving the lounge to use the toilet you then had to queue up again to gain admittance as the man on the door couldn't seem to cope! Won't be using again.
