Paid online for a bottle of pink fizz for the bride and groom took 20 mins to be told they didn’t have one,the lady who served me was very sorry and gave the bride a glass. The bar maid who I believe was in charge that day was rude and very grumpy. Still waiting for my refund for the pink Fizz??

Nothing went wrong, but there are limited snacks (think crisps and a bit of cake) and you have to ask staff to open the bar for you. The staff themselves were fabulous though and made a real effort to make you feel welcome and accommodate your needs.

A nice courteous welcome, but from then on very poor. Arrived approximately 11am the food on offer was desperate. Overcooked potato skins with cheese on and baked beans. A pot of very poor quality coleslaw. The muffins were on a tray above a waste bin and were being fingered by customers then returned after they weren't the flavour they wanted. Had a coffee which was cold, went to fridge for orange juice but had run out. Waited an eternity for a member of bar staff to appear to ask for the juice to be refilled. Staff too busy laughing and joking behind kitchen door. Hardest worker was the cleaner who was non stop clearing tables well done him.

Food offering was not up to standard. No fresh fruit for first hour. No sausages for the first hour. Bread seemed like is was yesterday's left over, very dry. For the price I expect better quality, especially as breakfast time when most of us are not partaking of alcohol on offer.

I arrived early morning so didn't want an alcholic drink but wanted something for breakfast. There was only hot porridge with sugar and lots of pastries. I am a diabetic and so couldn't have that. The other options were cold cereal, cold meat and toast. I did have toast and cold meat an orange juice and coffee but didn't consider that good value. I would have loved a bacon roll, sausage, egg just something cooked. I believe this is available in Edinburgh. It was my first time in an executive lounge and dont think I will bother again. Sorry.

Very limited selection of food items. For 24£, I'd expect more. Have used other lounges previously (e.g. SAS lounges), which are much better.

Most of the plug points were out of order, many spaces could not access power at all. There was a quiet working area where people were loudly talking on their phones and the hot water machine left my tea with a horrible metallic taste and layer of scum.

Food was very limited, they ran out of bread eggs and in the end the only hot food on offer was bacon and beans you also had to wait in queue for bacon and beans were all dried up

Too crowded. It took a while to find somewhere to sit.

The place was packed and we had trouble finding a seat. We wandered around for at least 10 minutes before we found somewhere. Consequently it was pretty noisy and quite warm. We had pre booked. When we arrived there was a short queue all of whom were guests paying to come in. With the lounge clearly being full these people should have been turned away I most likely won't pay for the privilege again in the future, compounded by the fact that the food choice was poor (compared to Dubai Emirates lounges and Qatar in Doha) I am gluten intolerant and struggled to find anything acceptable to eat With today's understanding of this problem, I was very disappointed. Also there was no check made whatsoever of how long you stayed. So glad I hadn't paid for 6 hours!

1. Waited a long time to book in, new staff member trying his best the supervisor was little to no help. 2. Very crowded. 3. Tables a mess, I had to ask for a cloth to wipe the table 4 I was told it was due to shifts changing when clearly the supervisor was standing round chatting to 3 other staff members. 5 food was poor quality. I always book a lounge when traveling having worked 18 years for an airline but will not use BRS again thankfully I was only there for a hour. Your manager/ supervisor needs a lot more training.

Was led to believe that showers would be available in the price of £34.99 this wasn’t the case also breakfast was warm not hot took ages to find a seat, needless to say I won’t be booking your facilities again being a executive club silver member I will use the business lounge even though no showers are there.

Very limited selection of food. General untidiness. Only one toilet cubicle in operation. Staff not challenging parents of a child who was being disruptive and playing loud music.

I had an email from Aspire in which the reference was advised. At the appointed time I had an issue with my cell phone and advised the lounge reception that I could not access the ref number so would he check the booking under my name. The short answer was no reference number, no entry to the lounge. There was no queque so the guy could have checked. Anyhow the end result was that I did not get into the lounge and I doubt that I will get a refund. Given the fact that I had an 11 hour layover I was quite looking forward to relaxing until my flight was called. In the circumstances, I will not bother using Aspire lounges in the future and somebody should give that guy a lesson in interpersonal skills, sadly probably not intelligent enough to benefit from it. You need not respond to this message and you should NOT send any emails to me now and in the future

The lounge was full, we struggled to find a seat, the service from the bar was poor and the food was sparse and not restocked adequately!

Very disappointed. The bacon sandwiches were inedible - dry, hard bread and rock hard bacon. No pastries left at 9am!! The only plus side was the location. A complete waste of money.
