Very overcrowded. Lack of food always running out and not replaced quickly.

I thought the food choice was particularly poor Very limited choice for example only sweet choice was 8 slices of cake which dissaperead quickly and some cheap supermarket biscuits ! I’ve used other lounges and will not use aspire again

It wasn't busy when we got there yet the tables were dirty and there were still plates on the tables. The selection of food and drink was very poor (no cider). I wanted to serve myself an orange juice and there were no glasses available so I had to ask, this seemed like a lot of trouble for the member of staff. I went back 10 mins later to get my wife a Diet Coke and glasses still hadn't been put out. The worst lounge I've been in.

you only get a short time in the lounge and I'm afraid most of our time was taken up with queueing up to be served at the bar. There was one person serving and the lounge was fully booked, we knew this as people were being turned away while we were waiting to check in. Really, a little more thought into staffing levels when a lounge is fully booked is needed. Also it isn't inexpensive to book he exec lounge so when you get very cheap syrup on the post mixes it really is not acceptable. I drink Bacardi & Diet Coke but because the post mix was so disgusting I had to find something else. If you insist on using the cheaper syrup at least provide cans of coke/Diet Coke for a decent drink.

I wud hv liked to give 5* unfortunately the lounge don't deserve 5*. Hv to improve on the main food served. Too crowed. Food n plates left over wr removed only after some time v had sat. U are strict on the hours v stay. But these little things r not taken care of

Poor choice of hot food, only one white wine (so no choice) difficult to get a decent seat, no daily newspapers like other lounges.

The person who booked me into lounge (as a free visit because of a previous complaint) booked me into the wrong one. It should have been Newcastle Lounge for the Bristol flight, not the other way around. I was only let in because a manager intervened and I was the only one in! The staff were friendly enough, but the food is so poor now, that it’s really not worth the money anymore, which is a shame. It is also silent, it could really do with some music or TVs for when there is only one or few people in.

It was my first time - I booked myself in with my wife and two friends as a surprise. It was my wife's 50th birthday trip. I think we must have got there after the initial breakfast rush. The place was a bit of a mess. We had to walk through a small sea of nuts or cereals to find a seat. The coffee was good (yayy) but my breakfast was four small croissants and there wasn't much of a choice for a £100 booking that we could only use for an hour. On this basis, I wouldn't come again. Security was an awful experience (not your fault I know) but that experience carried on, to a lesser degree, in this lounge. (Terminal 1). Gez

Really disappointing in terms of the food that was in offer. Also the level of noise coming fr M certain guests was not policed in anyway. People sitting having call on speaker phones and face time/Skype is not what I paid for I was not alone in my frustration.

The room was far too busy to call it an enjoyable relaxing experience. Had to look for cutlery and cups etc. No where to put coats and hand luggage etc,
