I arrived at 10am and the only choice of food on display was the cooked breakfast! I would have liked either a choice of bread rolls with either ham or cheese, or even something from the bakery section, there was only small, very dry coisants, most unappetizing! No salad bar, no biscuits, and although it was very quiet, many of the tables were dirty! Very dissapointing!

I booked Direct with aspire and arrived at 18.45 to be told that the lounge closed at 19.00. We didn’t use the lounge and emailed aspire who promptly refunded sour money

arrived to find dried gravy beans and hard rice..this is very unhygienic and a health and safety matter as we could have been very ill if eaten which we didnt obviuosly, otherwise no hot food avaiable. thinly cut plastic ham one slice cut in half. bits of cheese very hard around the edges seen better days, rolls which could not be cut as so hard would of broken the tiles if dropped..plenty of crackers.....!! so really no decent food to eat only crisps. drinks the cola was flat and had to ask for lemon and ice.... really not very vip... The chair had no padding and when you sat on it you nearly hit the floor ,not the best of smells coming off a left trolly and some tables had tea cups/coffe cups not been cleaned away, it was not busy so seriously no real customer service at all and cleanliness.

On arrival - our check in was quick, however everything from there went downhill. We had paid for this executive start to our big vacation, and how disappointed were we. Tables had't been cleared. There was particles of food everywhere and insufficient food out for new arriving guests.! When one of the staff members (who I later found out to be the duty manager) was asked whether they had any more bacon or bread rolls, it was almost as if it was too much like hard work. I was literally ignored.! After what seemed like a long wait, I stuck my head around the kitchen to see if anything was being actioned, and I was told that bacon would be out in 5 minutes,! It arrived 6 minutes later followed by the bread rolls. I had to wait to be served a beverage, having been seen waiting by two members of staff (including the duty manager), and still there was no urgency to attend the bar and serve a paying guest.! Surely do they not realise we're paying their wages.!!! Very disappointing start to a fabulous holiday. I will definitely not be paying the premium to visit this lounge again.

So when we got there my mom and i had purchased a pass online from you guys. But we wanted my sister and dad to come in, we said that the kid was free online but she said it wasn't. She ended up not charging for my sister to enter, but when we left she said you have to pay for her. TBH we wouldn't have brought her into the lounge because she doesn't eat. But then she (front desk) freaked out at us and threatened to call the police. It was a bad way to end the vacation. The photo is a picture of the women.

I wasnt impressed at all.Not worth the money.All the dishes were empty.Only tomato pasta.Tables needed clearing.No where to sit..I wouldnt recommend this.

Not enough staff, staff took spirits away from bar and we had to stand and ring the bell as if we were desperate for a drink.The girl in the kitchen was very pleasant but the older one was very abrupt. Also not everyone likes Pepsi from a machine, what happened to the cans of Coca Cola.

choice of food poor and limited. The quiet area was full of noisy people who were not told to be quiet or move, The air con was on cold, in a UK airport in the middle of winter.

Private and quiet however good choice and drink choice is poor Hot food as bacon sausage etc is available however there is not enough for everyone and twice we went to get food and twice the trays were empty Surely you must have an idea of numbers to ensure the food doesn’t run out Staff miserable It’s christmas !!!

Lack of food choices compared to Escape lounge. No toast particularly. Moody staff and dirty tables. Sign was outside saying working at full capacity but it was not busy. It's time the lounges stopped deterring privileged customers as this is a useless incentive. I always book and pay as I can never use my dragon pass.

Really poor selection of hot food - bacon and beans only but plates too small for beans on toast and no option for toast anyway. Pastries were stale and mass bought ones out of a packet. Either that or they'd been hanging around for a long time. Coffee out of a machine. Glasses dirty. Staff not the friendliest once in (reception fine). Cheap sauces which was a surprise considering the cost to use the lounge. No papers and the WiFi was really slow.
