Food was tepid, eggs were awful - if you are going to offer only one kind of egg (scrambled) at least make it good. The BIG issue - no loos in the lounge! Next time, we will "slum it" in the outside areas - at least the food should be hot...

No seats on arrival except for two high chairs and one was wet. After a complaint was made and was looked at, it was just stared at as if not knowing what to do about it! Eventually it was wiped and to be fair after the complaint was made about nowhere to sit, we were shown to a table which was reserved for Singapore airline passenger, which we asked for and originally told no. We were unaware seats were reserved when booking as we may have booked someone else. There was a poor choice of food also. Definitely not worth the money. There was no quiet lounge, as the placed heaving with people!

I have visited this lounge on several occasions, I was very disappointed to find that all the comfortable chairs which I normally use were reserved!! over half of the lounge!! However they were never used whilst I was in there.I don't think I will be going back.

The seating was very poor. No decent relaxing chairs to sit in and rest after a long journey in the early hours. All there was were what i descibe as dining chairs which after a while were very uncomfortable

The showers weren't working. The entry time based on three hours before departure ends up being less than 21/2 hours since one must be at the departure gate at least an half hour before flight time

We weren't allowed in the nice side as as Air Malaysia had reserved it. Not worth the money. Don't know if this is regular or permanent arrangement. The lounge wasn't as nice as No. 1 lounges

Fifth visit - getting progressively disappointing. 1) one ladies loo regularly out of order 2) decor in gents loo tatty Walls and flooring 3) staff curt - arrived at 10.35 to be told no scrambled egg as moving into lunchtime now, and when we requested a roll for the sausage were told ‘I’ll get some just for you” 4) bacon really dry and over cooked, and same sausages and bacon left out until we left almost two hours later! (Hot handling of food rules not applied) 5) also when pasta was refilled, new pasta topped up over old pasta and stirred in (check your hot holding of food rules!) 6) limited cheese/biscuit selection(better in past) 7) crisp/snacks bowls smaller than ever 8) quality of biscuits poor Choice of newspapers limited. Only one on offer and not everyone wants a broadsheet 9) limited and dated choice of magazines Has all been better in the past, although we do enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and choices of hot/cold drinks

As we walked in the gentlemen clerk was very nice and happy but that’s where it ended . The place was full the brim with us having to ask people if they were saving seats to be able to sit down. The bar understaffed to a point which a very large line had formed and the bar lady was not trained in anyway . Ran out of fraught so serving warm bottled beer. Food was okay what you would expect but there was a distinct lack of desserts. The worst part was I had to grab myself 4 bottles for the two of us as as waited in like 15 minutes and I didn’t want to do that again and ruin my experience . One of waitresses came over cleaning gave myself and my girlfriend an awful look and commented regarding my drinking and.looked down on us. We felt vindicated so left reasonably quick. Disappointed with service. I bought my daughter and her a 3 friends for a treat together with a bottle of champagne. Staff had no idea of order or where champagne was, eventually delivering wrong bottle. Attitude of staff poor and girls made to feel uncomfortable, will not be using again in a hurry.

The Bar was unattended for long periods. People sleeping on sofas and leaving bags on for long duration whislt they presumably went shopping led to little room. A number of charge points weren’t working. The food selection was also poor. I wouldn’t recommend nor will be booking again.

The place was cosy and clean but the buffet was very disappointing . Not a lot of options, I had to buy a sandwich when I left. One out of the two ladies toilets was out of order.

We had a confirmation email of booking for 630 am and when presented to the reception entrance there was no record on his books of our booking. so we nearly did not get in !! Also the place was short staffed and took 10 mins to get a bacon sandwich ? This is the second bad experience with your lounges so wont be using again and wont be recommending to anyone we know.

I live in Canada and am Canadian. The price on the internet at home in Canada when booking was in English pounds so my group of 10 people I charged $24.22 each and not pounds so I am very very much out of pocket. The hot food was very dried up and over cooked, it had been in the chaffing dish for a long time!

Screaming kids who weren’t being controlled, and kids running all over the lounge. I understand kids are kids, however in a vip airport lounge they should be encouraged to be on their best behaviour, not their parents encouraging their behaviour. No staff stepped in to say something, however every other client in the lounge were looking frustrated, unrelaxed and confused at how this was acceptable
