Overcrowded so people stood around waiting for seat's become free. Would not use again do to this!

Very small choice of food. Kept running out of plates, so you couldn’t even have any of the little that was available. The person manning the bar was very flustered, even though he only had 3 or 4 people queuing at a time. He kept saying loudly that the bar would have to be closed, for no apparent reason. He then actually went ahead & closed it for the last 30 hour of our visit so we couldn’t have any drinks when we had actually managed to get plates to have some food! The tables were not being cleared & the full capacity sign had gone up even though there were plenty of empty seats & (dirty) tables. This can’t be put down to a lack of staff as there were plenty of staff about, but seemed to all be at the back of the bar chatting mostly. Terrible customer service, we’ll definitely be using the other lounges on our future visits as this is the 2nd time in a row we’ve been disappointed with this particular lounge.

Unfortunatley after years of using this lounge I was very disappointed at this visit had to wait 10 minutes to get a glass and had no chance of getting any food as soon as it appeared it was gone

There were two large parties going on in the lounge while was there. It was like trying to work in my local pub. This business lounge needs some control.

The breakfast was cold a most unwelcoming welcome and it’s uht milk so the tea was terrible sorry

We did not get the full 3 hours as advertised as you get 3 hours from your flight time which is impossible to stay there till then. There was no fizzy juice they had ran out so had to leave and buy some to get drink of fizzy juice. Also no diluting juice available if you don’t like fizzy juice or tea etc.

When we arrived we had a nice greeting form the lady on reception and it looked very nice from the outset. She said we had a table that had reserved on it and we could go straight to it. We walked around the lounge and there were no free tables. I walked back to reception and the lady asked someone to show us the table. The table was hidden round a corner and someone was asleep on the sofa. She woke him up and we could then sit down. The food choices were not that great and and it wasn't particularly warm. I wouldn't go again as you can get better service and food for similar price elsewhere in the airport.

Very limited seating. Had to share tables with a number of other people. There was food all over the floor. They had run out of beer on tap so only bottles.

My booking for The Aspire Lounge had to be cancelled as the lounge is currently having a refurb! We had to us My Lounge instead & we were very disappointed

On arriving at the lounge there were no newspapers left and hardly any seats, we eventually found a seat in a dark corner, could not see out of the window which was disappointing. We got a drink from the bar and checked out what food was on offer. There was a small choice of salad and 3 pots of chilli bean 1 white and 1 red pasta, both pasta pots empty. After a half an hour some seats became available by the window which was much better for the rest of our stay. The pasta pots were eventually re filled. The staff were pleasant but very slow clearing tables, some tables right by us were not cleared for a good hour and half, the pump for the beer had to be changed and therefore became unavailable for the last hour as too frothy. No atmosphere, overall not a good experience.

No seats available, we ended up eventually sharing a table. Food, very limited and no knives to spread butter etc.. I would not use the lounge in the future.

Poor selection of food and drinks considering it was lunchtime. It took far too long for someone to come and clear our table. Other people had tables covered in empty beer bottles. The lighting/decor and atmosphere are quite depressing. I would not use this lounge again.

The breakfast was cold, bacon, beans and sausage There was some customers in playing music on their phone quite loud we moved to the other end of lounge as did some other customers, we didn’t think it was appropriate at 5am in morning. Although staff were all very nice we do feel something should have been said about the music.

Chaires side by side similar to a canteen. Bottles empty. The only hot food was spicy. No variety of meal. 2 coffee machin out of 3, out of order. Dirty dishes left for long time (I was there 3 hours and some dirty dishes were left at least for 2 hours),
