Not enough staff, the ice machine was very slow so no ice for first few drinks, so were warm, even then we were very limited on how much ice we could have. The staff member said she couldn't leave her position to get more ice, so generally very poor, at one point was told to put my own ice as she had to go and do the chilli. My friend who is gluten free asked were there any gluten free options only to be told no, i'm sure the veg curry is as our regular customer has it, my friend then asked could they check as she can't take that chance as she would get ill, was told sorry i cant check for you as i'm too busy, ..leaving her without the option to eat anything apart from some salad. After a good half hour she was told she could have the veg curry. We felt like we were putting the staff out by asking for ice or anything really as there was not enough of them working. Not worth the money, and i will be very hesitant to go in there again.

YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO GET INTO THE LOUNGE AND THE FOOD IS VERY AVERAGE AND ALSO THE PLATES YOU USE ARE RIDICULOUSLY SMALL. HOW CAN ANYBODY BE EXPECTED TO PUT EGG BACON AND BEANS ON A SIDE PLATE. THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR AND FREE DRINKS ARE POPULAR BUT IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD IMPROVE THE EXPERIENCE BY IMPROVING THE FOOD. ALSO AIRLINES ARE ACTIVELY DISCOURAGING PASSENGERS DRINKING TOO MUCH ALCOHOL

Been numerous time to Luton Aspire lounge - that was excellent (wider range of food, good polite/attentive staff & lots of space). Off that back of that experience booked Birmingham - very small lounge, smaller food selection, staff weren’t as friendly or welcoming (was rudely moved over by a staff member when they were putting out food whilst I was trying to make cups of tea) and... NO TOILETS! I’m not prententious enough to want a gold plated toilet, my point is at Luton it’s all there so you don’t leave the lounge and makes for ‘an experience’ - having to walk through the main terminal to get to toilets which are miles away just dampened the ‘experience of using the lounge’. I’m at Birmingham right now writing this and wouldn’t use the Aspire lounge here anymore. I’m flying into Belfast city and am going to try your lounge there this afternoon (work trip) so you can validate this review - name is Daniel Gore, will be a walk in later on this afternoon at the Belfast city lounge.

Dear Daniel, Thank you for your feedback from your recent visit to our Birmingham Aspire Lounge. I would like to begin by saying how disappointed I am to hear that our lounge has not lived up to your reasonable expectations and I would like to offer my personal apologies about this. I will be passing all of your comments on to the manager at Birmingham, particularly highlighting the issues you mentioned, to improve our service. This is not what we strive for and we will work towards rectifying these as soon as possible. We do appreciate all feedback, positive and negative, as this all goes a way towards improving the lounge experience for all of our customers. Unfortunately we have not got the space for toilets in our Birmingham lounge I'm afraid, Unlike out Luton Lounge. We are very glad to hear that you enjoy our Luton lounge and will be sure to action this feedback for Birmingham. Kind regards The Executive Lounges Team

A) on arrival we were told we could not get in till 13.55 Our flight is/was 16.55 it is a fact the gate closes 30minutes prior to take off then we have also to get to gate there is no way possible that your average stay time can be 3 hours from entry to flight departure when you take off the time to get to gste + ehen the gate closes prior to departure The lady on reception was not what you would call helpful more Regimental actually When i called the Aspire customer services i was told i should have been admitted at 13.00 then we would have left at 1600, we were then told it was because it was so busy, that being the case why take bookings

Dark, uninspiring lounge area. The male toilets were very small, with grubby walls, dirty ledges and just overall didn’t feel very clean. The toilets in the airport itself are much more modern than the ones in the aspire lounge. I’m sorry but there was nothing to aspire to, not sure if I’d book a lounge again, poor quality.

Yes there was breakfast but why on earth would you supply only side plates? Tiny plates as someone has obviously decided to embarrass people into not eating into your profits.

The food & drink was fine and as expected, the staff again were pleasant & helpful, however the lounge itself was looking very tired in the upholstery areas and could do with either a deep clean or replacing, the general tidyness of the lounge was somewhat below what I would expect - I appreciate there is constant short term throughput but a little more attention to detail in the seating areas would make a big difference

Hello Peter, Thank you for your review regarding your visit to our Manchester Aspire Lounge. We are aware that our seating areas are a little untidy at the moment, We do have a deep clean once a month in our lounge and is due at the end of every month. The reason we are waiting to have brand new furniture is that there are plans to demolish the terminal so we will be opening up a new lounge once the terminal is all done. We do hope to see you again soon and hopefully when it becomes a new terminal too. Kind regards The Executive Lounges Team

No toilets inside the lounge itself, poor selection of food, ok if you like curry I guess, soup was only luke warm. I wouldn't say the staff were friendly, nobody on the front desk but all congregated by the bar, I felt looked down on when I asked for a drink as if I was ruining their conversation. Definitely not worth the £50 so wont be returning.

The lounge was not very clean. Overcrowded for the space available and not a relaxing environment.

Too crowded, too small and for the money I was dissapointed! Won’t be recommending and sad I had treated my friend as I was slightly embarrassed! Been to far better. All that space at Terminal 5 and a very small lounge doesn’t make sense, seems like it was an after thought? Would like a refund to be honest!

Lack of seating. Other customers were sleeping across 3 seats with no regard for others. Food choice and quality were poor. The concierge barked at us to ensure we had our ticket. The toilets were shared with the terminal which meant we had to queue. Tables were dirty and the flight boards were very far from the seating so we had to keep walking around to check them.

Hello, Unfortunately we had only just checked into the lounge and we were evacuated. Nothing was explained to us regarding the event and when we were invited back in we had to queue for quite some time and only had around 15 minutes in the lounge. There was no apology or explanation which was very disappointing. Also we wanted to start our trip with a glass of prosecco - however we were told that there was a charge for this. I was very disappointed as there is no charge in other lounges. On this occasion I did not feel we received value for money. Many thanks Jackie Lavelle

Since the move cross the hall at Montréal PET AIRPORT, this is pour 2nd visite. The view is great, lots of seats but location and food counter setup is pretty bad, with fewer choices than before the move. Line up for coffee is unbelievable and it blocks other users from food counter. Only one food and coffee serving area for such a big crowd is not good planning. We paid $40+ CDN each ON Monday 9 April, and we were not at all pleased. Sorry for this bad review, but best to be honest.
