Very few choices of food, plates too small especially for scrambled eggs. No crackers to go with cheese and no dressing for salad. Will not use again, have used 1903 and found to be excellent.

I liked this visit just when we went in first they was no glasses out only cups.

It was not easy to find some seats and eventually found 2 at the fsr end. I went up to the bar to order a glass of champagne with cash (knowing that I had to pay for this) and was told that I had to pay with a card and not only that but I needed to go to the reception desk which was at the opposite end. After having to go back and get my card then go to reception then back to the bar then back to my seat. I found this experience not good at all

Good: great food, good selection of drinks, plenty of power sockets for charging. Bad: filthy toilets, overall pretty cramped and small, did not feel very good value for a family.

Good service and a good selection of food and drinks Sadly the lounge was very overcrowded and on this visit to it we found it to be very noisy mainly because of groups of younger men and women drinking to excess and being extremely loud and noisy, unfortunately nothing was being done by the lounge staff to quieten them down This was compounded by young children Screaming and shouting at the top of their voices, again nothing was done to alleviate the situation Sadly not the best of experiences for the start of our holiday

Poor food selection. Only orange and cranberry juices, no bananas, no marmalade, no plain bread, just croissants and baps. Not as good as previous experience.

When I booked the lounge using vouchers that were kindly bought for us. I did not see anywhere that they closed at 8.30. So when I booked it said available from 6.30pm for 3 hours. Very misleading and also very poor. Had I had known this I would have used the vouchers for another trip.

There were no beers or lagers available and the food was very poor , pasta with a sauce and a vegetable curry , surely at least one meat based dish could be provided . The quiche which had obviously been on the hot plate a considerable amount of time had developed a rather unpleasant texture which I found inedible . So for me being a beer drinking carnivore I felt short changed and let down for the first time since I'd decided on using the executive lounge facility . In defence I supose it was good Friday and very busy , but that's not mine nor any other customers problem is it really .

The Wifi access did not work and the advertised plugs to charge your equipment turned out to be only 2 plugs in the whole of the lounge. The breakfast was ok but very limited on the hot food and waiting for items to arrive took a while. Not the experience I expected this time.

The lack of food was very disappointing. Not enough staff. Queues at the bar were far too long. Seating was dirty and stained. Not very nice.

Good Afternoon Sian, Thank you for you review. All feedback we receive is taken on board and I am sorry the lounge did not meet the standards expected. We have revised our menu and have just launched a new menu from April the 1st 2018 which is very exciting for us as we have taken previous feedback on board and trialled this which was a success. We are aware of the low staff volume in Terminal 1 at Manchester and have just taken on new staff so we should be fully staffed shortly. I have already emailed your customer services and asked to speak to manager. I am waiting fir response. Took my husband for a treat . Only ever been to lounge at Heathrow never Bristol. So disappointed. Bread rolls so hard I think they had been frozen. So paid all that money for a hard bacon roll and coffee. Wine ect didn't interest us that time of morning. So really not happy. At 79 that was a lot of money to feel disappointed.

We were really looking forward to our experience in the aspire lounge however from the moment we walked in we were disappointed. The furniture was tired and some badly stained, the empty tables full of dirty pots and bottles, the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was extremely hot - uncomfortably so! The food selection wasn’t great, we waited 30 minutes for the meat selection in the salad bar to be replaced! We really don’t think that our experience was worth the money we paid!

Whilst the bar service was fine the breakfast selection was quite poor. My friend who is a gluten free vegetarian (for health reasons not because its a new fad) had zero options to eat. She specifically asked at the bar and was told the only vegetarian food available was porridge which was not gluten free. Given how hungry she was, she chanced a small bowl of it but that is really awful service. I found the selection extremely small and Im not fussy! Wasn't my first time in the lounge so have certainly had better. Highly disappointing

We arrived in the lounge about 18:00hours, The lounge was about to close at 19:00hours ( we did not know it closed so early in the winter ?) and the only snacks were 4 slices of cheese and dried up burger buns and a scone, a very hot left over curry which is not what you want before a 24hour flight. Also there was no Gluten free food for Valerie, £36 was poor value for a bottle beer and and glass of wine.

Very limited choice of food in the terminal 2 lounge . In terminal 1 there is a lot more on offer . I regularly fly with Emirates and I think I should not have to pay to get into the Dublin lounges .

Was expecting more than a poor looking bacon roll. Only one coffee machine was working and took forever to heat up. Very poor value for money would not recommend to anyone. I had been looking forward to this as I was travelling with my wife for a special anniversary and that it would be a nice start to our holiday. We were both extremely disappointed.

Food choice was very poor. Tomato pasta or dried remnants of a once-was curry and cold rice scrapings. Tables were dirty. Terrible value for money. Simply don't bother, we won't ever again.
