Clean & quiet, limited offer of food, only scrapings of soup left at 7.45 and I was left in no doubt they wanted us out before closing time at 9.00pm M.James

The Lounge was really hard to find, once we were in the lounge it was very comfortable. However, so hard to find it was unpleasant.

I thought the choice, amount and quality of food was poor. The lounge was quiet which was nice. I am not sure that I would necessarily book aspire lounge again.

The "Lounge" was just a restaurant and I spent some time to realize it was actually the "lounge". Food was available but some are made-to-order without a clear menu. Staff were helpful but they can hardly be found. Not quite worth the price tag especially for a short stay (when my incoming flight was delayed).

Not enough choice of food it was basically cheese & biscuits or soup & a bread roll. This lack of choice became even more emphasised on our return flight when the executive lounge gave a phenomenal choice of food even at 6 am New seating area were a big improvement though as were the booths with TV's and the ability to bring children in .

Emailed requesting confirmation of my booking to ensure we got access. Took 6 days for a reply to come back to me. Message stated 'they hoped I got access'. I think that's really poor service. After spending £189 for a group booking-the response is not acceptable. I use the lounges in Gatwick, Glasgow is far from the comfort or luxury of those. Atmosphere was poor, yes a few drinks and a snack or two but flying from Glasgow, I wouldnt bother booking again.

It's OK for the money. Staff are not the most helpful (stood at reception for 5 mins whilst they were having a chat!) and internet was not working, so told to use Emirates wifi! Tables were not cleaned and seats stained with food and drink.

I had not visited this lounge for a few years, and now I believe it is time for a makeover. The decor is starting to look a little tired, and the service is on the slow side. Saying that, I still enjoyed the visit.

We booked the lounge for the bacon rolls but were told they had run out so not available. Soup was the only option which I have to say was awful! Staff we're polite drinks available but food option very very limited, I would rather pay a little more to have more choice to be honest.

Coffee machine needed more attending for the morning crowd (March 27th), otherwise mostly clean and presentable. The ladies room toilets do not flush well and could do with some improvement.

Sorry to say that we both agreed that the bread rolls were rather disappointing as we thought they were rather heavy and the egg ones had very little filling in them.The receptionist was very helpful and obliging when we arrived.We thought when we visited you last year it was better with more variety to choose from. The lounge was nice but not impressive. The hot food selection was poor and the dishes were nearly empty. Staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't feel it was worth the money and definitely not the standard I expected from Dubai.

I had a very constructive start to my journey. It was good to enjoy breakfast whilst dealing with last minutes emails. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed except when one of the people in the lounge had a very long and loud Skype conversation so that you could not avoid hearing the voices at both ends! Earphones could have been worn by the recipient of the call.

Very pleasant environment but some issues. Very difficult to access owing to construction work. Dishwasher was broken so the lounge ran out of glasses, also it ran out of hot food for about an hour, despite it not being very busy.
