The staff were good and helpful. There was an excellent selction of drinks. However, the food was disappointing - we arrived approx 1500hrs and although there was a notice saying bacon rolls there were only scones - this is actually quite quaint, but the lack of hot savoury food at anytime of day does not reflect peoples habits or expectations today.

There were some noisy passengers in the quiet area and no staff asked them to move. The quality of the food and drink was average and nothing striking about the welcome or service compared to the Newcastle BA lounge which was far superior

Clean and tidy lounge, lacke a little finesse. Plenty of alcohol, and soft drinks available. Plenty of snacks such as crisps and nuts available, only hot food was soup. It would have been nice to have some hot snacks such as samosas, pizza or the like, but for the price we paid the lounge was excellent value.

Staff on reception very good: When I struggled to find confirmation on mobile phone she found my name on her list, let me in and asked me to pop back when I'd found it. A very good example of using discreation correctly and something that'd make me return. Food was decidely average and is an area for improvement.

Dinks on offer were OK but the food overall was poor. The lounge lacks sufficient charging points for working whilst the atmosphere is good and relaxing.

This isnt an airport lounge its a restaurant open air so you can hear all the noise from the terminal building difficult to find choice of food was ok but not very helpful staff service of drinks slow as your not paying over the counter

Some of your other clients found it acceptable to swear and break wind in the lounge. Pretty disgusting and not what we would expect in a premium lounge.

My wife, daughter and I arrived at the Servisair lounge in Heathrow Terminal 3 on a Saturday morning and while the terminal itself was very busy, the lounge was nice and quiet. Overall though our experience could have been better. The lounge was dirty with some rubbish on a few of the tables, despite it being nearly empty. The walls need to be repainted in places and the bathrooms look like they were installed in the 1970s. The breakfast selection was okay, pastries and mini croissants, yogurt and fruit. There were plenty of drinks available, juices, sodas and alcohol. For breakfast though, I'd rather have a better choice of food and less alcohol on offer. The only minor annoyance was that my wife wanted some Lemon and Ginger tea, they said they normally would have it but were out of stock for the weekend and wouldn't get any until Monday. Compared to other lounges I've been too, this ranks at the bottom, the only plus points were one of the staff members who went out of his way to find some dairy-free snacks for my wife and also the price. This lounge is much cheaper than most, but you get what you pay for and I think Servisair could be little more generous.

The lounge was undergoing refurbishment so space was tight and you had to be stepping over people as the seating was cramped. The complimentary food and drink were fantastic, I would suggest getting to the lounge early as this gives you more time to relax before your flight. But it is definately a great way to start your journey.

Not as much on offer as other airport lounges and a long walk to toilet

venue clean and tidy and comfortable however for the price we paid we do not think it was value for money. No beers available, dried bacon rolls poor selections of pastries and cereals. Not great for a long journey ahead. Improve food quality and more selections is needed if you are asking for this kind of money.

The lounge and drinks are adequate, the food is limited to soup and snack items; this compares unfavourably to similar lounges elsewhere, for example in Dubai.

The food was a little bit basic. The was no cheese available (in a Swiss lounge) and no desserts, only some fruit. Drinks on offer however were very nice and a lot of choice. Only the coffee was not nice at all.

Not very well signposted - could not find the lounge at first. Nice selection of food. Waiting service for drinks was very slow - had to go looking for a member of staff.

On arrival at the lounge we were told we were not on the list for entry, i explained the day, date and time of the booking but again was told we were not on the list so we could not access the lounge, at this stage we had to leave and went to access breakfast at a cost of £33 as there were 2 of us travelling together, on rechecking my emails I found the email with the booking reference on in the spam section of my mail. We returned to the lounge with the said email and the lady on reception wrote our name on the list.... Then told us we could access the lounge. By this time it was 25 minutes till we needed to be at our gate, plus we had had to buy our breakfast and drinks. I am very disapointed that there was no list with our name on on arrival, yet the email had confirmed, i feel dissapointed as this was to be a special holiday treat for my daughters 21 to start off our holiday, i do not tnink I had value for money, when I informed the lady on reception I had paid £18.99 each to access, i was told, you couldnt have booked here as we charge £21.99 per person. I was made to feel like I was trying to get into the lounge without paying, i felt embarrased and really upset. This was not a good experience for me and my daughter but an upsetting and expensive start to our holiday.

Lounge was fine once we got there. No signs to loungefrom airport concourse and staff insisted on paper copy of receipt to enter. We had booked online during traveling so obviously only had electronic copy. We could forward this to the staff but the internet connection at the airport was very slow so we forfeited a greater part of the time booked at the lounge. Not really what we expected of a tech-savvy destination such as Dubai. Once we entered, staff helpful, food fine etc.

We were looking for a quiet place to sit and enjoy breakfast. The website said "bacon sandwiches" and we were looking forward to this to start our holiday. When we enquired the receptionist was surprised this was still on the website. What was available was a very nice, as much as you could eat, continental breakfast including croissants, rolls, jam, cereal and tea, coffee and juice and more surprisingly alcohol of all descriptions. At £15 a head, if you drink this is exceptional value. For us it was a little disappointing. And, free wifi and nice clean loos!
