Quiet area to relax while waiting for our flight. Good price for what we wanted but not up to the standard of some of the more expensive lounges.

Although the stay was very pleasant and relaxed, the choice of snacks was rather limited. That said the range of drinks, both soft and alcoholic, were excellent.

Food OK, selection of drinks good, general cleanliness OK but considering that it was very early in the morning when we used the lounge it could have been better. General impression is that it is a little disorganised with the seating but it is preferable to sitting in the main areas of the terminal.

For the money I paid £14.99 for 2 persons it was fine. Snacks were peanuts, olives, crackers and individually wrapped slices of cake. Alcohol, tea and coffee. The room was a bit "clinical" with grey walls and glass. Overall wasn't bad for the money

Our first visit, although you advertise 3 hours before your flight, you need at least half an hour before you board your flight, our expectations were a little disappointed as the choice of food was a little sparse, although the quiet and comfort were both very good.

The lounge was clearly overbooked, chairs in short supply, very slow service at the bar and poor selection of food and snacks. Very unhapoy with our booking

The lounge was closed for refurbishment and we were in an overflow room which was not really a lounge. Not the usual service but not the fault of the staff.

Would have liked a wider variety of food. Very disappointed that there was no hot food on offer, have travelled from Bristol and used their lounge early in the morning, where bacon rolls were available and appreciated by many travellers.

Due to renovation works lounge a bit of a mission to find. Nice relaxed atmosphere with decent drinks selection, food options v limited to small pastries and v few sandwiches.

The new Aspire lounge is a lot better than the previous lounge. It has basically been rebranded and designed still no toilets within lounge but are only just outside lounge from middle door although you have to reenter through the main entrance which is where a small bar outlet used to be. In the mornings till 11 bacon rolls are available along with fruit juices and fruit etc. After this a selection of filled rolls are available. There are various seating options and there are tables available with individual tv's although as sometimes even though news on main screen has subtitles sound isn't always muted and this can be a distraction. It is ideal for KLM flights as gate is just seconds away.

Small. Limited supply of food. No dress code.

Food options not very healthy and the high use of disposable utensils and packaging not very environmentally friendly. Compared to airline lounges facilities fairly basic. I would like to see non-disposable cutlery (including drinks stirrers) and recycling facilities before I would use the lounge again.

The food was tasty but each time we needed a drink we had to look for someone to serve us. Having to walk several minutes back through the terminal area was unimpressive to have a shower. There were only tow massage chairs and one person remained in for a very long time resetting it time after time. Not the value for money that it should have been. It was also not easily found initially.

On my arrival, straight from work,. I found that there wasn`t any hot food left. I asked one of the Ladies why there was only bread, crackers and cheese on, her reply was they had ran out of soup and could not heat any more up. I spoke to the young man at the front desk and he said that they had a very busy day and that the soup had all gone. I told him that I understood this, but it was not my problem and that I had booked the lounge so I could have some hot food and relax before my flight, he said to leave it with him. After half an hour nothing happened so I went to ask again, it was obvious that no hot food was coming my way. I asked him if I was being "fobbed off" and by his reaction I was. I explained my reason for booking the lounge and I was not interested in the alcohol, he then got some hot food for me, why could not this have been done straight away? He was very helpful after I spoke to him for the second time, but I shouldn`t have had to. I am travelling again in September and December and would like to use the lounge again.

Entered the lounge around 5am. Staff seemed a rather unfriendly (probably due to the time!), but I managed to get some coffee and find a quiet corner to snooze, until another guest decided to chase their small, noisy, child around the Quiet-Area. I'd imagine this was a rare occurrence, but wasn't a high note in my long journey!
