We arrived at 7am and there were no clean tables but as we sat down at one of the few available tables one of the staff came over and did clean up the mess. The bacon rolls were excellent as was the coffee/tea. The other food that we could see was available was limited in choice. The selection of alcoholic drinks was excellent if this was required. One of our party had a wine and it was of a reasonable quality. The area available is very small for the size of the airport. In comparison the Aberdeen airport lounge is more than twice the size. Would not like to be going in at a busy time.

We enjoyed our visit in the executive lounge the drinks were good and the food very nice although we had to ask twice for cheese and butter to be topped up it was a good start to our holiday Jennifer

On the whole, my experience within the Executive Lounge was good and staff were lovely, but on a couple of occasions I had to ask for a couple of things to be replaced, such as the Rose Wine and Croissants. I felt that the staff could have paid a little more attention to detail. One other point to mention was that I was disappointed that the toilet did not have a sanitary disposal unit. I had to use the general toilets in the main airport area which defeated the object of being in the Executive Lounge.

Not a great choice of seats. Lounge did not have much spare capacity and some people were spread out over a couple of seats making it look like they were keeping seats for someone else. Staff should be more vigilant and not allow guests to monopolise seating. More choice of lager would be beneficial. Dirty dishes and glasses were slow in being cleared away. Did not appear to be many staff on duty with one poor girl trying her best to do everything. A pleasant place to visit, but for the money charged I would expect a far better standard.

Clean and peaceful, staff friendly. Food selection awful, very limited and very poor quality, wine the cheapest, no ice or sliced lemon yet two members of staff chatting in the reception area only two newspapers. Nice room and nice location but need to improve on the quality of items on offer, otherwise nice place.

Wasn't what was expected. Very crowded at drinks and nibbles area dirty tables (had to clear own table) myself and my friend work in the hospitality business ourself and know how hard it is but found service poor. There was one member of staff that was extremely rude. We asked for two clean wine glasses and then again 10 minutes later to be told very sharply "I've told you they are in the dish washer" everyone around us was totally shocked by the manner of this woman and so was we felt her work college. More training needed I think. First time and most probably our last.

Facilities were unclean. Lack of choice for food Had very few portions left of food on offer. Extremely unclear which drinks were available for guests. Toilets were unclean; no toilet paper. Some staff were extremely pleasant, however others were the extreme opposite. Felt there was nothing 'executive' about the service.

The lounge was very busy although it was Saturday at 1pm. The prosecco we purchased separately and other drinks were good however I thought the food offering was extremely poor and did not reflect what was said on the website.

As being a returning customer from visiting Aspire in 2012 and 2013 I was slightly disappointed in certain aspects of the services and products provided during my recent visit last week. Back in 2012 when it was situated elsewhere in Bristol Airport the staff were so welcoming and friendly always having a smile on their face and asking if everything was satisfactory. Regarding products on offer there was a lot of variety in terms of individual refreshments and soft drinks as this was existent during my 2013 stay but was non existent during my 2015 stay as everyone was sharing out of bottles as it would have been ideal to have your own can to have a drink out of and more variety to choose from in terms of non and alcoholic drinks. During last weeks visit the service of replenishing napkins, soup , crockery and cutlery were poor and queues were forming to wait for the required items. At one point it was so long I had to use a fork to cut my scone and spread clotted cream with a fork- which is not a nightmare for one as I don't mind doing that , its just being in a VIP lounge you would expect an excellent/ perfect experience. I must say snacks were delicious and soup was really tasty. Overall the stay was quite pleasant but chaotic in terms of waiting for certain products and an atmosphere of rushing on behalf of staff as I believe preparation and back up plans were not in place for when items needed to be replenished.

We previously used the lounge in June 2014. On our visit this June we noticed a general reduction in quality of the facility. Specifically the decor was looking tired with some drink stained patches on the carpet. There was also a noticeable lack of choice of food snacks. When we arrived at 11.30 there were only two pastries available and very little else. When soup was provided a little latter this was rapidly consumed and was not replenished very quickly. It was also very salty. All in all a little disappointing.

It was very busy and difficult to find anywhere to sit. Could have done with sandwiches as well as soup. Sat near some young people. Although not bad people they were very hyper and more interested in their pre flight drinks. The exec lounge did not quite reflect what we found. In short the environment on that day was more of what we wanted to move away from. A lounge like this needs to be an escape from the hustle and bustle of the normal waiting areas. It was more like an extensionmofbthose areas.

Quiet, clean and good facilities. Hot food offered (bacon rolls) is a bit dry and disappointing though. Perhaps at least have butter/sauce options.
