I was surprised that the price I have paid did not include shower because when I made reservation there was no word saying that except for the food and drinks all other things are at extra price. It would be better to mention what services are included into the price. WiFi was free all over the airport, so I don't see such service as value-adding to the lounge services. Food was good. At some point one of the coffee machines stopped working.

HI The lounge had been totally transformed and updated since our last visit. Unfortunately we preferred it the way it was before as we could see the planes taking off and landing. Where we were sitting it was really cold and other visitors complained about this also. We also liked the way that we could just serve ourselves in the old lounge. Sorry for the mostly negative review.

The lounge was ok. It was quite busy. Ques for drinks all the time, and no bacon butties. Not convinced it was worth the money though.

The quiet area is only as quiet as the loudest guests anywhere in the lounge. Thankfully the very loud men at the food area left after about an hour! They were excessively loud and perhaps the staff should have asked them to lower their voices or it may be worth considering a physical barrier for the quiet area. I was very disappointed you have next to nothing to eat for somebody like me who is wheat intolerant. There was only sugary cereal ( I don't eat sweet cereal) available and bacon on its own. I did ask.

a few comments: temperature was freezing , i complained and they claimed it was for all the airport the same; consequently today i came back with a bad cold. the coffee machine was broken. and no tea available i had to buy mine and ask water. Personal was accomodating and overall service was good.

Could have been a bit more welcoming. Pass down on phone did appear to be acceptable for some reason and I was asked to find the actual confirmation notification. During this was asked for my name which seemed to resolve the situation. Facilities were fine.

Husband and I arrived at the Lounge by 4-30 am for a 7 am holiday flight. We found it very pleasant, clean and modern, with good staff. Entry price reasonable, but wouldn't use again if the price increased. Not a mega choice of food but adequate. Drinks quality good. Only gripe was the bacon rolls were sadly lacking in the quantity of meat. Very scant portion of bacon ... Apart from this, we were happy with the atmosphere and would use again. Thank you :-)

Unfortunately on the day of our visit you were short staffed and vey busy therefore the lounge was not up to your usual high standard on arrival. To be fair however once more staff arrived they did turn it around quite quickly

No drought beer, poor selection of food/snacks. Dull atmosphere.

Member of staff was not very helpful everything seemed an effort. Lounge was very busy and the choice of drink selection got less as lots of drinks were finished and not restocked by the member of staff

Pros staff friendly and helpful. Service was good and ambiance of the place was good. Cons only 2 sandwiches available and arriving at tea time we thought was poor as we had to buy one of the plane. I actually asked the waiter who said there was no more and that all they had to eat was the soup and crisp. Not asking for a meal just a larger selection of snacks. Plenty of refreshments just not enough food.. also closed at 8 and we was delayed until 940 so felt that it could've stayed open a bit later. But if that's the rules then so be it

Overall good, however there were a few points which weren't so good. Wifi was absolutely, completely hopeless. Really bad. Couldn't join it at all. Neither could my girlfriend. We both have iPhone 6 so really shouldn't be having problems like this. Other people in the lounge also couldn't join the network either. Food choices were also pretty limited. Crackers and cheese aren't great as a choice. One other thing, the toilets and bathroom areas weren't very clean.

Received a free future visit as there was no alcohol available. A fair offer but meant we had to spend more money elsewhere for I pre flight jitter drinks.

Although the lounge was comfortable and the staff ok, we felt that there was something lacking. Possibly a better selection of nibbles could be offered.

The Aspire lounge feels narrow with the far end reserved for one airline's business class passengers (empty) and a smoking cabin in the middle. On our visit the temperature rose to uncomfortable levels - in fact the terminal building was cooler on leaving which is odd. The food and drink was acceptable - nice bread, pate, cold cuts, cheese, pasta salad, jams, cake etc, but the only hot item was soup. The alcohol seemed limited but I wasn't drinking anyway. The staff kept things tidy and clean. Noise can be heard from outside although it was well subdued and there are toilets available without leaving the lounge. It was OK, just about worth the expense but in no way does it feel exclusive or special as with some lounges. Some furniture looked cheap and uncomfortable.

The Airport lounge was very clean and comfortable, the selection of drinks were also very good. However, I believe there should be more variety of snacks and foods.

I thought that there was a dress code for the lounge. My last visit on 18th June was full of stag and hen parties in all sorts of state of undress. This was 3pm in the afternoon! I may review using the service again as there was little peace and quiet, and queues for food and beverages. No different from the normal departure lounge.

We arrived around 6pm. The staff appeared to be preparing to close. They were in the kitchen and it was difficult to attract their attention to serve a drink. We have been in many executive lounges and we were not peasey with the service or value for money.
