It was as expected, although a little hectic, as there were some larger groups in, trying to get as much down their throats as possible, and although it is normal for all inclusive situations, the barman got very grumpy!

We booked on line through my laptop and had no facility to print any confirmation. So we found it quite tedious that the receptionists would not accept us verbally giving them our reservation number and passport ID to let us in. Instead insisting in having us boot up out laptop, then logging onto our mail box, bringing up the relevant confirmation email just so they could "barcode" us in to gain access to something we had paid for. Computer systems are supposed to help not hinder. Yours apparently does the latter.

Nice enough surroundings and food available of decent standard However not much choice on food, stocks seemed low and unimaginative/cheap. No toilet in lounge, having to walk back out and across airport for this isn't relaxing and defies the point if being honest

As we arrived the lounge at 6.15 pm we found No sandwiches or decent food left for us especially as we had a hungry 4 year old!!! Only crips and cheese which weren't filling at all!!! The staff told us their daily quota of sandwiches go at lunchtime!!!!! Please make more!!!!!!!!!

Choice of drinks behind the bar not good when you drink Malibu . Only have vodka, chardonay wine , whiskey or beer. They do have guiness which my father drinks . Snacks were poor .no sandwhiches . Only nuts, soreen cake and soup We normally book into the Escape lounge which is much more cleaner and comfortable.we would not go back into Servisair lounge again sorry not normally a moaner but was shocked at the difference in 2 lounges

Having used the executive lounges in both terminals 1 and 2 at Manchester, i thought the Swiss Air lounge in T2 needed a bit of a makeover. It looked "tired" and there wasn't enough seating for the numbers booked in - people were standing with their drinks/food. Surely that's why you pay a little extra at the start of your holiday to guarantee comfort before your flight! Compared to the lounge in T1, which has had money spent on it, it is behind the times. The choice in T1 is also more varied, particularly when arriving during breakfast hours.

Hi When we entered lounge was full so struggled to get a seat together, this lasted for about 45 minutes when I think a plane must have been announced it went a bit quieter. The crackers/snacked weren't re-stocked quick enough and in some cases not at all. The lady behind bar was a credit and very obliging so has stopped rating being poor. There also seems to be an overcrowding due to a lot of under school age children walkin/running about.

Tables not cleared from other guests wait at bar due to only one person working hard to stock up food and serve drinks all in all better than waiting in terminal but not a first class experience

Quite a busy lounge, ok offerings and re-stocked quickly. The toilet certainly for the ladies are inadequate had to q to get in and the bin was overflowing and there is a plastic covering on the toilet seat that always seems to be a mess. However wiifii is great. Would use again.

The lounge was ok, a small selection of sandwiches bu quite tasty, no croissants or pastries available and only large size drinks for pouring would have been nice to have a smaller bottle of water available. Service was good.

The drinks service was well served, hardly any queuing. Bit disappointed with lack of variety of sandwiches, tuna, egg mayo or cheese savoury only, could have done with some ham or chicken sandwiches. Food was also not replenished very quickly, but it was relaxed and stress free.

Refreshments were adequate, however was slightly dismayed that no separate area for people with young children, I had gone to lounge for peace and quiet and felt as if I was in a kindergarten. Also felt the dress code should have been adhered to a bit more, shorts, t-shirts and flip flops, I did not think followed the guidelines.

I booked the lounge as part of a birthday present for my boyfriend, overall we were a bit disappointed! We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and went to find a table, it was busy but when we found a table it was sticky and dirty. The choice of snacks was also disappointing. I was told when I booked the lounge that there would be sandwiches, soup, cheese and crackers and pastries however there was only soup, cheese and crackers and some nibbles. When I booked it, it also told me that there was a nice view form the lounge and when we got there, there wasn't even windows. Overall we thought we would have been better going to one of the nice bars or restaurants in the airport for similar amount of money and better value!

Although there is nothing wrong with this lounge, the variety of food offered is a poor comparison to that offered in Gatwick North where I usually depart from. The Wi-Fi worked well.
