There was no wi fi in the lounge during our visit and had to wait a while for the bacon to be replenished, but a comfortable experience apart from that.

Very limited in brands of all alcohol. Seemed to be only Welsh brewed products. Very limited choice of snacks too and they were snacks ie peanuts, crisps and biscuits etc despite the lack of choice we enjoyed the peace and tranquility that was to be found here. The staff were friendly and approachable. I would visit again but having visited larger lounges ie Heathrow and Mumbai where there is a vast array of Choice of all kinds and hot food, maybe time for Cardiff lounge to think about improving customer choices

Pleased with the selection of drinks but we felt the food options were limited and portions were small.

Didn't like the new lay out of the lounge. Facing chairs to afar apart not easy to reach table. The service was very good but the selection of cheeses etc was very poor. The gentleman who was serving the drinks very helpful and pleasant but some of the other staff could do with some customer service trainings..

Whilst an ok lounge it could be much better. Wifi was the worst I have ever used in an airport lounge and it's not a scratch on lutons. The food offering isn't great either.

staff polite and friendly. seating good, toilets in lounge area good, a little disappointing no hot food option, and limited snacks, crisps in jars?. Choice of drinks hot and cold good. Dreess code and children in lounge, a liitle confusing about the standards required

Not a great experience: the receptionist seemed quite grumpy; several of the tables needed clearing; and the food offer was limited.

We used to go in the 1rst terminal Executive Lounge. We tried the new one in Term.3. It's a very nice place, and we spent a good time . But we were disappointed not to find a computer like in the other lounge (we don't travel with ours ) , and the shower is quite far from the lounge. This new lounge is also more noisy, as it's an open area, just above the terminal.

I'd avoid it till the refurb is done !

We were impressed until prams, pushchairs, children and babies, invaded and took over half the lounge area. I cannot understand this as it states on the e-mail from you - Passenger breakdown Standard Stay (3 hours) (Adult (12+)) Standard Stay (3 hours) (Adult (12+)) However, despite this, the drinks were plentiful, and the selection of sweet dishes, but not much in the way of savoury selection other than crisps and nuts. Have visited better executive lounges.

For the amount of time we were in there didn't think it was worth the money

Our visit was good there were a good selection of food and drink in a relaxing atmosphere. Only issue we had was the staff weren't very friendly and they felt slightly off but it was 4am so we understand it could have been that.

Choice of food not what i was expecting ordered antipasto with italian meats to find they had no Italian meats this was fairly early in the day approx 11.30 am. To have run out that early is pretty poor. The drinks choice was ok.

A wider range of snacks or some sandwiches would be good to improve

The lounge was very nice and food variety good. More Gluten free products would be Good e.g. Sandwiches. Not much in the way of choice in spirits. I asked for Dark Rum but they no longer serve it since the refurb. The first couple of times I went the the bar, the lady who served me was very rude and frosty faced. She had no customer service skills/manners what so ever and made me and other customers feel awkward. When I went back later a young man served us and he had very good customer skills. On the whole we enjoyed it, apart from the ladies poor customer service. She obviously behaves differently when her peers are about. Maybe you should send in a secret customer.

The lounge was very busy and full. We did manage to get seats together but some people struggled. The lounge was clean and comfortable. We visited the lounge at 6.30 am and breakfast food was available. small bacon rolls, cereal or pastries. More choice would have been nice, perhaps a toaster made available would be a good idea? The drinks choice was good.

Certainly better than sitting in the main lounge. When we came it was a bit crowded caused by single people sitting at tables for four. Disappointed that for a tall person the seats had relatively low backs so I had no head rest. Snacks were nice. Friendly service.

It was really nice and quiet with good views. However, the sandwiches were loaded with mayo and took half an hour to be served, the crisp were hard to find and not many packets were supplied for the whole lounge. The bar was very good though with fast service.
