Felt that the lounge was lacking atmosphere . Snack choices were very limited and was soup. Also felt that it was disconnected from the airport, having to go away upstairs . Edinburgh lounge is far superior.

When I arrived at the lounge I found it to be generally very busy. It was so busy in fact that non paying customers were being refused entry and I remember this caused some disruption (and bad language) at the front desk. The lounge itself was comfortable enough once things got a bit quieter. Refreshments, although not spectacular were perfectly adequate. In summary I do not regret my decision to use this facility. That said should I find myself in a similar position at some point in the future then probably wouldn't choose to use this lounge.

Not as wide a selection of food and drinks compared to Edinburgh executive lounge however good quality for money

A bit busy on first entering, struggled to find a seat so first impressions were not great. Not really a great selection of food available to be honest, quite disappointed. Good range of refreshments however only 1 member of staff serving at the bar which caused delays on occasions to obtain a drink. Would need to think carefully if I were to return due to the cost involved.

I was very disappointed when I turned up to the lounge to find a queue of people waiting to get in. Having waited for five minutes in this queue I realised that it was people queuing to pay to enter the lounge. I was making my way to the front of the queue when a gentleman came out of the lounge to inform everyone that the lounge was full. Eventually was allowed acces having shown my reservation. Overall not happy lounge was ok and not "full". Food wasn't kept stocked and service slow.

When I got to the lounge the food baskets were empty - offer not great pasta in tomato sauce all dried up - no chees biscuits or crisps - customers were having to ask for items to be refilled. Two ladies were trying to clean tables and looked very unhappy - not enough staff on duty sprang to mind

We were in the servis air lounge on the 15-9-15 from approx 12 noon until approx 2pm. I have no complaints with regard to the variety of food and drink but most of the time the limited staff were unable to cope with serving and replenishing of them. I really did sympathise with their efforts to cope. There were far too many people allowed in and not enough seats for people to sit as normal in a relaxed and comfortable situation.Again I must stress that the staff did as well as possible in a difficult situation. Overall not a visit up to the usual standard I have come to expect .

It was ok but WASNT that great the staff wasn't that welcoming could of been more bubbly and more welcoming charging points were limited to seats and the clearing up of the tables before we seated were still messy your own self service of food and drinks were good but not much choice, not sure if I would recommend to use again

Wi-fi was slow. To complicated to get logged on with two sets of user name and password. Was made to stand at reception until I logged on and emailed my booking form. Not great customer service.

Impressed with the bar service & food options. However, it felt very busy with limited space for people to sit in. Would have been nice if we had more of a space to relax in.

Well I don't think it is as good as it used to be. I liked the old format better were you could help yourself. Service was slow and the lady who served me was not a happy bunny. Food was ok. I would use the lounge again as it is relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. But bring back the old ways !!

Sandwiches would be good. Sliced bread or rolls so one could make our own.

The lounge was very busy, so difficult to find a seat. It was extremely hot in the lounge and with only 2 fans they weren't very effective. The staff were very friendly and kept the tables clear and the food and drinks topped up. Would have been nice to have more hot food options, we were there for lunch and only had the option of soup and rolls which wasn't great. There was a large group in the lounge who were very loud and although it didn't affect us, they did upset some customers. The lounge was a nice change from the terminal, but could do with a few improvements to give value for money.

The lounge appeared very overbooked and some people were turned away on the day and offered a refund and some were asked to come back later it seemed very cramped although the staff on duty did their best it often looked untidy on tables with dirty glasses and plates

Our holiday company had given me the wrong terminal when I booked with you and I ended up flying from t3 so could not attend the lounge. A refund or a voucher for our next trip would be most appreciated . I tried to call the number given but was told it was out of office hours.

Staff courteous but hard to find. Tablescovered in dishes. Perhaps very poor service with airport handicapped transportation left a bad taste in my mouth. Who do I complain about that to?
