Have visited this lounge a few times before and as been excellent. Was a bit disappointed with the selection of food on offer on this visit. could have been due to the time of day, between breakfast and lunch? as in the past we have always had breakfast.

we were not impressed at all, staff were good but there was a very poor selection of food, especially at that time of day, lunch time we probably not use it again. We have been satisfied with your competitors at other airports ,you could learn from visiting them!

I use both Newcastlle and Bristol Aspires Lounges on regular occasions. The contrast is amazing Bristol being far better. In Bristel you pour your own drinks therefore no queuing, they have a variety of nuts instead of just salted and also have other nibblets including olives, there are a variety of cheeses instead of one kind, also when sandwiches are served at Newcastle if you are not at the counter as they come out there is none left therfore not enough to cover the number of people present I wonder how they can be such a contrast when they are both Aspire lounges and you pay the same money. Lastly and unfortunately the staff at Bristol are more helpful and professional like the staff in the old Necastle lounge were before the move.

The terminal is nice and clean. The Aspire lounge however was incredibly disappointing. It is not a lounge, as much as it is a small cafe, with no amenities, no bathrooms, no privacy and no proactive staff members. My wife and I struggled to find anything edible to eat. We also found the limited number of pods useless, dirty and uncomfortable. Really, it should not be called a lounge.

Was slightly disappointed with our visit, not a great selection of snacks and found that tables needed wiping over and also thst the good area needed cleaning, although I think thst this is down to some of the people who were in the lounge. We have been in the lounge in T1 and my husband and I agreed that the standard and choice was better .

Disappointed by lack of food choice, has decreased in options since last visit. Like the fact it wasn't crowded/ over full. Disappointed by WiFi connection, not working/ confusing to join.

Very clean nice new lounge. We have been to this specific lounge in AMS (lounge 41) four times and each time it was a little difficult to find. This time it was even more so due to the construction with of course is not the fault of the lounge but just wanted to make note that more signs would have been helpful as we were up on the floor or the lounge where it usually was and had to go back downstairs only to catch another elevator up to get to it. Also a note on the bathrooms. Again very clean and modern with nice finishes however there was not even a place (counter, vanity, or table) to set my purse or even my phone while washing my hands. The entire vanity was connected to the automatic faucet and when you wash you had she entire length or the counted gets wet so there is no place to set anything down. We were also traveling with our new baby this year and there was not a changing table, or as mentioned before even a counter to change her diaper. I had to literally change her in her stroller (which I could barely get in the bathroom) as I of course not change her in the lounge. I know most clients are business travelers however when our trips are usually 20 hours and traveling with a child this would be a very helpful.

Very busy with noisy children - we normally enjoy the peace of the Executive lounge even though it is busy but big groups knocking back the booze!!

Lack of food choices, bit boring what food was there. Wasn't told it would shut at 17:30 so had to leave and wait for my flight that had been delayed in the terminal.

I have used both lounges now and prefer the Aspire to the Aspire Plus. Having paid extra for four people I found the service, seating and variety of food not as good in the aspire Plus. During our whole stay our tables were never cleaned and we only met a member of staff once to offer food. We arrived st 09:45am to find that the 11am menus had been prepared and set out, we were offered bacon sandwiches after we asked, and this was the only occasion that we interacted with a member of staff. Still a good experience and I may consider it again, but I will not pay the extra money to upgrade to the Aspire Plus.

We arrived at a very busy time struggled to find two seats together, food was average half a bowl of lukewarm soup all that was on offer most of the snacks were empty (they were replaced within the half hour ) the bar was busy the impression I formed was that most people there had gone to obtain the free alcohol on offer and this didn't result in a calm environment. After about an hour the numbers dropped considerably and was much calmer. Overall being honest staff good, food quality average, hot drinks good, too much alcohol available, general furnishing below expectations not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere.

Given the cost is much higher than the gatwick aspire lounge, the terminal 5 lounge experience was not as good. The lounge was very full, there was sometimes a wait for drinks service and the food was pretty average. The prosecco was a nice addition. I would book the Gatwick lounge again without hesitation but would have to think about whether it was worth booking this one. The space isn't very comfortable and I felt too squished against other passengers.

Nice lounge but a bit on the small side, was surprised they kept letting walk-ups in when there were no seats left. Slow at restocking food and long wait for drinks. Could do better.

This was the first time I had used your lounge and was very disappointed with the choice of food and the amount of people in the lounge.I have only used a lounge once before at Manchester airport and I can't remember which one it was but the food choice was much better and fewer available seats made it feel like you were in a lounge away from the hustle and bustle of the airport.Your lounge felt like a cattle market and in no way was it a relaxing experience. The people you are going to attract in my opinion are the people that want to drink as much alcohol as possible before getting on the plane.I will not be using swissair again and will be trying the Virgin Lounge next time.

Very bland room could do with an injection of colour. A hot panini or sandwiches would also be appreciated poor choice of snacks. Not worth the money.

When we arrived, possibly about 3.00 pm there were queues for the entry. We were told that the lounge was full but I explained that I had prepaid so was allowed admittance. There were three of us and there was no way we could sit together. A place opposite where I was became available and by the time I had alerted one of my companions it had been taken. Things were further complicated by a required visit to the ladies toilets, which were a short distance away but also required giving up the seat as I was reluctant to leave a handbag to 'guard' the place in the same way that a beach towel is used to reserve sun loungers! After about an forty minutes we did get a seat together and shortly afterwards the crowds died down to give the restful ambiance we required. Food was nondescript and a little on the dry side. Alcohol was recognisable brands. One of my companions only had 1 Diet Coke all the time we were there as nothing really appealed!
