mediocre at best. The peace was nice, but virtually nothing to eat other than bar snacks and tinned soup.

We enjoyed our visit to the lounge. There were a few aspects i thought could be improved. I had to wait about 5 minutes to be served at the bar and I thought the food selection was limited due to the fact i dont eat bread or pastry. Thanks

Good lounge, unfortunately due to the works being carried out at Amsterdam, the lounge was difficult to find, the instructions provide with the booking were useless and wrong.

Running at full capacity so it was busy. It was comfy. Didn't provide cider where other lounges do. Overall ok

Nice ambience. Good selection of drinks. Downsides: slow to clear tables meaning you have to clear your own before sitting down, tables too small for 4 to sit, no decent cup of tea to be had at all (the tea bags were flimsy and broke up in the cup on two ocassions so I gave up. They are designed to go in teapots but there weren't any. Also the vended hot water wasn't hot enough to make a decent tea. Annoying.) I had hoped for a sandwich for lunch (we left home at 11am and were due at our destination at 7pm - a long time without eating so a sandwich would have been appreciated. Instead I had 2 rolls, 6 packs of cheese and a load of tomatoes which wasn't as good or easy to construct on a small table. It made a right mess.) I had the soup which was fine but lukewarm. The scone was ok as were the pretzel nibbles. How come there's always the feeling that we are being conned though with average quality foods and invisible staff? It shows that no one cares. If Waitrose provided this, they'd be queueing up for it. Our lounge was a third full.

We have used Swissport / Serviceaire before and have found it a very relaxing enviroment when one has a 3hr check in and a long haul flight ahead, This time however we were slightly disappointed with the refreshments available,no hot food ,croisants .bacon rolls etc We had never before met / realized that young children were allowed into the area therefore disturbing the ambience. Moving furniture so that people can make a makeshift bed to take a nap in, Do hope this helps,

Having used various lounges recently, in comparison, the food offering was rather limited, no Danish Pastries and on hot food, other than soup.

Wasn't as relaxing as I hoped due to the layout and lack of comfy chairs. Friendly staff and nice wine with good views of the runway .

Nice lounge, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find following the signs in the airport. Disappointing that breakfast was supposed to be on until 11am but when things ran out just after 10am, they weren't replenished. Also, you pay for three hours to use the lounge but when you book it you have to put in what time your flight departs. Your entry time starts from 3 hours before the flight departs. Considering you have to leave the lounge long before then to get to your gate before it closes, we actually only stayed in the lounge for just over 2 hours

Was an okay experience. Staff at the front desk were unpleasant and not very friendly - felt unwelcome. snacks were normal, drink levels were very low. Didn't not feel Aberdeen was worth it compared with Glasgow and Edinburgh and considering we are the oil capital you would think that the standards would be a lot higher!!

This is the second time I have been in this lounge.. The new one and have been in the older lounge a few times. I think the lounge has been spoiled as you can't see out of any windows and it's all dark and not very warm with now atmosphere at all! Not as good selection of snacks

Was OK, but the sister lounge at Gatwick at half the price is just as good. Also when using a lounge you do not expect to have to leave the lounge to use public toilets as none within the lounge.

We were very glad we booked the lounge at Inverness because the general waiting area is no longer fit for purpose at there, the planes coming in being so much bigger and the number of passengers far too many for the waiting area. I would not say it was the best executive lounge I have ever been to and I found the gentleman on the desk a little dour. It was just his manner but it wasn't overly welcoming. The packaged food (biscuits, crisps, cheese etc) and the drinks were fine but the scones might have been better the day before. There was clotted cream which was lovely but no jam - just marmalade. I am sure I could have asked for jam.

The comments by staff. " don't weather we can fit you in, as we are full" Not a good start to our weekend away

Very pleasant stay until towards 6 when the lounge became overcrowded and the facilities and services seemed stretched. Helpful and courteous attendants. A local phone with a complimentary land line would have been useful as i left my cell phone behind.

A lot of money for what was provided. Very cramped seating area and small selection of food Small lounge with toilets located outside in the public concourse I would not pay £35 for this service again, I would pay less money and sit in a restaurant for 2 hours
