The welcome and facilities were good but the space given over to the lounge is very limited. There was a shortage of comfortable seating and the layout was very narrow - one of our party was in a wheelchair and it was not easy to manoeuvre the chair through the lounge or find a location where the walkway was not blocked

It was over booked as some customers were unable to sit down, luckily though we got there early enough to get a seat. Not enough choice of food. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, we did not get to use the lounge after all, so I cannot comment. The above sentence is confusing, so I apologise. Our reason for not getting to use the lounge was that we upgraded our flight tickets to Business Class, therefore we could then use the airlines lounge. So, after spending money on your original lounge, we did not need its facility. Not your fault, but ours. When we next fly out of Heathrow on a non-business class ticket, I will be using your lounge!

Hi Anthony, Sorry to hear you could not access the lounge on this occasion. If you would like to speak about this further please email our friendly customer service team and they can see if there is anything they can do. Email address is hgb.customerrelations@swissport.com Regards Aspire Lounges

Lack of seats. There were 3 off us and we really struggled to get seats together. Also had to wait ages at bar to be served on the 3 times we went. We could see the bartender through the porthole and he seemed to see us waiting. When he did serve us he was very friendly. Good choice of drinks but food selection very limited. Cheese but no biscuits to put them on (only sweet ones available).

On entering the lounge it was very busy and there were no free tables. After a short while a table became available but it was covered in empty cups, glasses, plates and unfinished food. The only staff visible were a young lady on reception and a colleague replenishing the food displays and attempting to serve drinks. No-one was clearing tables. The staff were both helpful and pleasant however it was not until what appeared to be a more senior member of staff arrived that tables were cleared. It is always encouraging to see senior staff members pitching in when necessary however an hour or more of clearing and cleaning tables did not seem to be the best use of her managerial skills. I enjoy the relaxation afforded by the lounge after what is often a fraught couple of hours getting to and through the airport procedures and will continue to use it in the future. My comments today are not intended as a criticism more an observation on optimum staffing levels at busy periods.

Very busy, not enough seats. Coffee machine pipes were dirty therefore you couldn't get a decent black coffee due to milk residue. The lounge was not worth the money paid for entry!

I've used this twice now, in June 2015 and October 2015 it's pot luck how well stocked and tidy the lounge can be, in June it had been really busy in there before we arrived, the place was a mess hardly any goodies on display and a bit to crowded. However in October the lounge had been quite before we arrived and everything was very relaxing.

Very disappointed having heard great reviews about the lounge we decided to book prior to our holiday. The seating was not adequate for the number of people using it so we could probably have got a better seat in the main waiting area plus did not think the toilets were quite VIP standard

Somewhat overpriced with too many add-on charges.

It was my first time in the Executive Lounge. I must say, after hearing from a friend whod been to the one in Bristol Airport, I was a little disappointed. In Brstol, they had bowls of soup and baguettes. Because of the time of day I was there, I was surprised to see only breakfast cereals, crisps, welsh cakes, nuts and cossants on offer. The supply of drinks on offer was very good, but it was lunch time and I was hungry! I don't think I would pay the extra again, really don't think it was worth it.

Hi There, We do not own the lounge in Cardiff and only sell it on our site as a third party seller and this is the reason the food offering differs in this lounge compared to Bristol. I can see that the food offering advertised was available however I will be sure to pass your comments on to the airport direct. Regards Aspire Lounges

Food was very basic and not much of it. Selection of beers and spirits adequate but served in small bottles/measures. Some comfortable seating however could/should be more

Staff were excellent and very friendly, however, the set-up of this lounge is not as good as at other airports with a similar price point. For me, this comes down to the drinks and snack selection being less good, which is a real shame. Food was prepared in small quantities, meaning that it was often taken very quickly. Portion sizes were small and the quality wasn't 'executive' by any stretch of the imagination. I probably wouldn't bother booking into this lounge if I fly from Liverpool again.

I actually found the lounge disappointing. The surrounding are in desperate need for refurbishment and I believe customers would pay more for a wider choice of food and drink.

It was good to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy airport terminal but I was a little disappointed with the Swiss Exec lounge. It could do with a make over to make it more welcoming and spacious.
