Started off good, but got very busy and not much food on offer.

The checking in was good and informative however the lounge smelt damp and fusty when you got in. The drinks were great, you just helped yourself to spirits/mixers etc however the food selection was very poor. Crisps, nuts and biscuits were all that was available.

it is extremely difficult to find after a long flight. it is not sign posted at all and we wondered around for ages asking at every airline hospitality lounge. Even when we were right at the door we walked away not realising that we had found it. I am an experienced traveler who takes 40 to 50 flights per year for business so I feel that I am reasonably experienced at finding my way around airports. The actual lounge area looks and feels like an "abandoned" restaurant rather than a relaxing lounge. Buffet was not regularly refreshed so everything looked like "left overs"; what I did eat was average and adequate but not at all special. WiFi connection fine. Dissapoment with the whole setup was made up for by the really friendly staff who were all (as we were) a long way from home in the very early hours of Christmas eve. Without them the whole experience would have been dismal and I would have given a much lower rating. I would not book this lounge again and would rather sit in one of the many restaurants and order what I actually want to eat. I feel that this would be better value for money and no different to the experience I had in the lounge.

Quite small lounge and service with food & bar a bit slow. Only just opened so might improve. You have to leave lounge to use toilets which is annoying.

The lounge was spacious. Drinks selection was good but hot food selection was limited to soup and pastries. The lounge was quite a walk from the shops and restaurants

Nice & Cosy. Not so good when several kids in with the TV on. Selection of food and drinks is never spectacular, and probably the least value for money of all the lounges we've used. However - Faro airport is a horrible place to hang around, so purely from that viewpoint a better option.

It was nice, but the seating area is really small, needed a bigger area. More options on food too. But would use again

Arrived at roughly 7-30 am and was warmly welcomed, however the food and décor was ordinary and the toilets were probably worse than the main concourse ones.

A nice environment with a great view of the airport and a fairly limited choice of decent food. Be aware that this lounge is in Terminal E - this is a short train ride from the other terminals so if your flight is not going from Terminal E it is a bit inconvenient and also means you need to go through the security process twice - once before boarding the train to Terminal E and again when going to the right terminal for your flight. I am a regular traveller to/from Zurich and will be sticking to the other lounges in the future as they are much more conveniently situated.

I was happy with the supply of both soft drinks and alcoholic drinks, as well as the ample choice of snacks. The lounge however wasn't overly comfortable, it was too hot in there and also not many of the plug sockets were in working order. I would say that I would probably choose another lounge over this one the next time I travel.

The Aspire Lounge had no real advantage over sitting at (say) Eat. There were no toilet facilities in the lounge and the heating was cool. The booths were no more private than the ones at Eat. There were free news papers though.!!! The 'free' food and coffee if bought at Eat would have cost about a third of the Aspire Lounge entry fee. Free alcohol was available but of no interest to me. This was my first visit to the Aspire Lounge and, for the reasons stated above it will be my last.

Pleased that I booked the lounge as the gate area is not large and does get very busy and the lounge is quiet with a good view of the stands and runway. On the downside, the greeting was decidedly unwelcoming, the snack selection not great & the wine was not replaced once a bottle was empty (I only had the one glass).

No signage to say where the lounge is, even the terminal info desk staff didn't know where it was. Checkin very difficult took ages. Staff really good and helpful, the food was excellent and overall the lounge is very comfortable. The shower facilities were very good but had to be escorted to the hotel at the other end of the terminal.

1) A poor selection of food during the lunch service. No hot food, other than soup!! 2) Poor bar service - A long wait for a member of staff to attend the bar. Many people waiting for long periods before being before being offered a drink 3) Lack of atmosphere. Some nice background music would have been welcoming. On the positive side, I found the Lounge Staff to be very polite and accommodating during our stay. However, I did get the impression that they may have been understaffed at the time of our visit. In addition, the furniture was very comfortable and the overall appearance was pleasing to the eye. All in all, a nice stay, but the above mentioned points should be addressed.

After a long flight I was looking forward to a good shower, but they were out of order. Then I hoped for a nice massage - while I waited 3 hours for my next flight, but that ended up to be catch 22. If I booked a massage and the terminal was far from the lounge and therefore had to cancel - I had to pay - and no earlier times were available.
