Appearance of the lounge was tired and could do with a refurbishment. The refreshments were nice as was the soup.

My experience was not that great. It was crowded and there were not many seats open. (I made my booking online.) I waited a solid 5 minutes before anyone was available to pour me wine. The toilets are located OUTSIDE the lounge. The food was pretty good, but clean up was slow and I did not see trashcans. Flights are not announced and there were no screens in the back of the lounge. The workers were friendly. I am not sure if I would recommend this lounge to others.

As airport lounges go, this one is very below par. It is cheaply finished, there are very few points to charge phones and other devices. The food offering is poor quality and in imaginative.

Very ordinary. Took quite a long time to enter lounge even though we had pre booked and had printed confirmation. Lounge itself was ok but very warm, air conditioning wasn't effective. Limited non alcohol refreshments.

To be honest a little bit disappointed some of the cheese was out of date and had green mold on and the plates and glasses weren't cleared away

Quiet and good enough to stay for a few hours around lunch time

A lovely lounge but not worth it for people who need gluten and/or dairy free food, therefore 3 stars.

Lounge was a bit hard to find. Even Dubai airport information desk was not aware of it when I asked for directions. It's also not apparent that it is actually the same as the Cadiz tapas bar. There is no signage. Overall experience was pleasant but furniture is not suited to a lounge. There needs to be easy chairs for people to relax on. Food was good but there was hardly any service for drinks, coffee etc. Staff was inattentive and not well trained. I was able to use the showers in the Dubai international hotel which is a separate facility from the lounge using my lounge access. This was a plus. Overall I'd say worth it for a 4+ hour stay but lots of room for improvement.

I wasn't that impressed to be honest. We booked the lounge as we wanted a nice breakfast before our early flight. Bacon butties were dry and we wanted fruit but not much was available.

On arrival one member of staff on duty a queue of people without bookings eventually got in. Disappointed with one choice of soup and little else to eat. Other clients were making similar comments to us. Toilets not great needed refurb. We are travelling again in July with a larger group and will probably try another lounge.

Can only say average, don't know what I expected but was definitely not overawed.we were there at breakfast time, the porridge was good, the bacon roll was terrible. Service was indifferent. Suspect it may be good for drinkers. Won't be bothering again.

The food choices, although limited, were good. The Danish were delicious. The staff were very welcoming. This lounge is not as spacious as other longes, but this is reflected in the price. Restrooms were very clean.

busy, overcrowded, untidy and very noisy but it calmed down after a while. I had booked & paid ahead but was not sure I would actually get a seat. choice of food somewhat limited but range of drinks ok.

The lounger is pleasant however the quality of the food is appalling, everything is the cheapest there is... either charge a couple more £s per visit or limit the food to just biscuits but please make them eatable!!! the quality of the wine is equally poor
