Good food. Extrem poor hygiene conditions in the toilette (man und woman ones). More sofas needed.

Although it is a respite to have a place to rest while waiting, this lounge feels more business like than many others. I tried to make an appointment for a spa treatment and was treated very rudely by the receptionist.

As expected...however trying to get in contact with Customer Service or for that matter anyone who could adjust our booking took 3 days and only happened after the fact. There should be some system to support customers over a weekend.

The lounge was fine and as expected and the staff did their best but were over worked. The support I got from Exective Lounges was beyond appalling - really the worst in a long, long time. In summary, Horizon Lounge fine, Executive Lounges very poor.

Food and refreshments good, not a great deal of space - the service at the bar however is awful! The staff had been too busy playing on their phones in the kitchen

I reserved the lounge for my whole family. We flied out of Toronto through nigh flight so I thought that all of us could stretch out our legs and body to rest on long, indivdual lounge chair. The lounge is not the lounge I had in mind...just uncomfortable individual chairs and connected long couches have to share with other travelers. I will write my review at trip advisors since I am a member to leave review. I will let readers to know that if someone is looking for a lounge to lie down and rest, this lounge is not riight place. The airport offers an individual resting lounge chairs...wish I had known the service.

Staff pleasant but under-trained. Didnt know how to register the voucher I had stored on my iPhone. Seats not very comfortable and tables too high on the armchair style ones - just didnt feel very thought through. Well-stocked bar with good service. Food was below average - old dry pasta and packaged muffins not very enticing. All in all not worth £35 really.

Poor service just had two drinks and left staff to interested in there own life to concentrate on customer service. Even had to ask for bar service only to be told we will be with you shortly. Very bad experience. Never again.

A very long cold walk to the lounge. Not a very large selection of food available. Lots of empty dishes and containers, so not much choice left. Early morning visit.

Staff were the highlight - friendly, chatty and approachable. They kept the tables cleared and surfaces wiped. Having been to several other lounges at a variety of airports but never this one, I would have appreciated being oriented when I arrived. The food is mediocre at best. I think I had a muffin (prepackaged) and that was it. No labels on anything for nutritional/allergen information. The soft drinks - I had never seen anything quite like it - lots of mixers (ginger ale, tonic etc), but all others (cola, lemonade, juice) had to be poured from larger cartons and bottles. Felt a bit like a house party. Free pour, self-serve spirits were great (for obvious reasons). Half of the plug sockets weren't functioning on my visit, all along one wall, leading many people to be crowded around the points that were working to charge their devices and work etc. There was no warning or explanation for this - I tried plenty of sockets (with staff looking on) before another customer told me. The lounge has great potential, but needs a total refurb. Stains on seats, chipped paint on fridges, shattered glass at the desk...all cheapened the feel of the lounge. Good value for money - but I'm afraid to say there are far better lounges with better food and drink selection for only a few pounds more.

Lou ge was very over crowded with insufficient seats. Ran out of breakfast items a number of times. Very unfair as unable to use the lounge if airport Angels!

This was the first time we had booked into an airport lounge and we realised that we should have paid more and booked into the more expensive option. The lounge was very crowded. The nibbles and drinks on offer were fine for the price we paid. It probably was value for money but we would have been more comfortable sitting outside in the airport and putting the money towards better quality refreshments. We may book an airport lounge again but not this one.

Overall a satisfactory experience with good range of snack food and hot and cold beverages. The facility was always busy so the experience wasn't as relaxing as I thought it may be. As it was so busy, the tables weren't cleared as quickly as they should have been with a number of people having to sit at 'dirty tables'. There did seem to be plenty of staff around but not all were interested in being proactive in terms of clearing up. I suggest a more responsive approach to busy periods - perhaps greater organisation and effective supervision required!

The lounge was far to busy, we were seated upstairs, away from the food and beverages. Not ideal when you are trying to relax in the lounge, and have to walk backwards and forwards for food and drink in between them running out ... :The food ran out. :The glasses and cups ran out, :The ice ran out, Full of unsupervised children, before you think that's a mean, I have children four of them and they were all supervised. A very stressful and disappointing stay in what is meant to be a bit of luxury before our ten hour flight to Goa. Disappointed Joanne Martin
