Having stopped off in a No. 1 lounge on my way through Heathrow, 2 weeks before, I had the opportunity for first hand comparison. The servisair lounge was adequate but not mind-blowing. There are chips, nuts and cakes as snacks, which for a mid afternoon stop was fine, but I had purchased a lunch before so I wasn't so hungry. If I was there over meal times, I'd be less impressed. Drinks were plentiful, a limited selection, but plenty of what they did offer. You're sure to find something you will drink, and I enjoyed being able to snag a few extras for later in the journey. Entertainment is limited to one TV channel and some newspapers and magazines, but I don't know a single person who doesn't travel with their own entertainment, so it's not really an issue. The biggest plus is that it is far less popular than the No. 1 lounge, which means that rather than sharing a couch with a stranger as I had on the way out at No. 1, I had an entire section of chairs to myself. Staff seemed very much like they didn't want to be there, but once I'd got through the door, this didn't affect me. They cleared the tables regularly, and left me alone. Don't expect beaming smiles on arrival though, it did feel as though I was interrupting when I arrived. I'd go back, but only when I was heading home, and just wanted some peace and quiet out of the bustle of an airport. It won't start your holiday on a high if that's what you're hoping for.

Honestly, it was 'ok' - no more than that. Food was good but, lack of seating and what was there was cramped. The lounge looked a bit untidy with all the open storage of boxes beneath the exposed stairs. I didn't like the fact that you were expecting £20 extra over the entry cost for the showers ("out of order" when I visited) - this charge was not clear in your website or in the booking form. I also was not a fan of you not having bathrooms inside the facility. As I say, overall, 'OK' but lots and lots of areas for improvement - good to have a non BA lounge for those of us with non BA frequent flyer membership but, if there were other options, I think you will face stiff competiton based on the above.

Hi Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent visit to the lounge, very pleased to read you enjoyed the food offering. We are aware of the current issue in regards to the storage and can assure you this is a temporary fix both the lounge manager and the general lounge manager are working hard to resolve. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by the showers being out of order on the date you visited and I can confirm they are now in working order. Due to the infrastructure already in place at the airport and the area allocated for the lounge to be built, this resulted in certain restrictions being placed upon the design of the lounge. Thus meaning we could not install toilet facilities within this lounge, once again sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We hope to see you again in the near future. Kind regards Aspire Lounges

Would have expected toast as an option for breakfast along with a better selection of fresh fruit/yoghurt etc. Skimmed milk for the drinks would also be expected. The wifi code was not visible at the time of our visit, had to request this from staff.

The lounge Was a bit difficult to find and some way away from the security entrance. When inside there were lots of single people occupying tables of 4 which as a group of 4 is quite frustrating perhaps some more twin tables would help. No toilet facility within the lounge either is slightly annoying.

It was ok. Don't think it was worth £19 mind.

The lounge was extremely full with no available seats. It was early so we should have expected that. It did start to empty after the first hour but there was a great deal of cups and plates to clear up. There is only one flight board so you had to get up and walk down to the entrance to see it. Staff were pleasant.

Minimal selection of foods..drinks had a good range. The place is a little crowded as seating area is small..but better than sitting in the airport terminal.

Because of all the construction works going on at Schiphol Airport, the lounge is a bit hard to find. The overall selection of drinks are okay, however the selection of food is very poor. Don't know if this was because of breakfast time, as we arrived at 6:00AM, but if the food selection is the same after noon, than I would reconsider to book again if my flight departs after noon. Overall my stay was okay, for the 45 minutes we had.

Somewhat cramped. Would prefer self serve fridges for alcohol limited food. Not the best lounge I've been in. Spa takes up a lot of the room available. Not enough staff on duty. 5/10

After a long flight I was looking forward to a good shower, but they were out of order. Then I hoped for a nice massage - while I waited 3 hours for my next flight, but that ended up to be catch 22. If I booked a massage and the terminal was far from the lounge and therefore had to cancel - I had to pay - and no earlier times were available.

I thought the lounge was ok however we had booked the lounge in terminal 5 and our flight was changed to terminal 3 I lost £20 on having to book the second lounge is there any chance of a refund? We enjoyed the terminal 3 lounge the staff were very good although the range of snacks could be better. Regards ken maxted

Arrived about 8.30 am so breakfast time. Thought the choice of food could have been better - basically cereal fruit croissant or bacon roll. Husband had the bacon - overdone and hard really. Choice of croissants/pastries wouldn't have gone amiss and some other hot food choices would have been nice Apart from that the lounge is nice enough. Quiet and clean with charging points for phones etc

Very busy at times with limited seats to cope with demand. Lounge was ok - good selection of food and drinks. Receptionists loud and unprofessional when you just want to relax before the flight. Toilets need a refurb! All in all, OK for the money if you get a seat - experience scored lower against my expectations. Still better than being sat in the main area of T2.

If you were feeling hungry then it is good value. But if just wanting somewhere to sit, have a coffee, and wait for your flight, then it is rather expensive.

The executive lounge was very good. However, it would be nice to have a few sandwiches on hand or something more substantial other than soup and brown bread. However the savory snacks and biscuits were lovely. The staff and ambiance were also very nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience which I enjoyed. Kind regards, Oonagh Talbot

I felt the choice was limited also there was only PLASTIC cutlery available! Which in this day and age is shocking especially when your competitors and your northern branches use metal cutlery! I also felt the area to relax in was small and felt there wasn't eneough seating in the quiet zone. Thank you

Hi Naveen, We hope you enjoyed your recent visit to the Aspire The Lounge & Spa. We are looking into adding the facilities that enables passengers to reserve the Snooze Pods due to the popular demand. We hope see you again soon. Regards Aspire Lounges

would be handy if more than one flight information board was in there. Also I would like to see more charging points, even if they were just USB ports. Food and drink selection was good and everything was kept well stocked and clean.

Hi Matthew, We are aware that there is currently only one working information board in this lounge. This has been reported to the airport and is in hand. Glad you enjoyed the food and drink offering and we hope to see you again soon. Regards Aspire Lounges

It's a quiet place away from The busy airport area. The food could definitely be improved.
