The lounge was hard to find. The ways towards the lounge were under construction. In the lounge you didn't hear a thing from the workers. The lounge was nice but had not enough seats near the window to lay down. There wasn't very much food. The drinks were enough but I missed the champagne.

This was my first visit to Edinburgh airport lounge it was early morning and the reception was not very welcoming on entry to the lounge there was no one on hand to advise as to what was on offer once i found my bearings I found the lounge comfortable and the food and beverage was to a good standard but overall just average

Comfortable, but small and quite busy space. Food was fine, facilities ok. Still- far nicer than roaming around the main airport.

Our flight in was delayed by 2 hours so we had a very limited time in the lounge meaning the benefits is anticipated didn't materialise. There was a good selection of drinks but the other options were very limited- soup and cake. I am anaphylactic so couldn't eat the cake or either the pretzels or nuts provided meaning all that was available for me to eat from this selection were gummi Bears! Our delay meant we were quite hungry so the limited selection ( limited generally and then more so due to my allergy) did not seem very adequate. Given this was an international lounge it seemed odd that food availability was separated into breakfast/ afternoon/ evening as for many travellers this would not have matched their actual travel times. Staff were helpful although it took a long time to check in as they seemed to have no idea about the voucher type we had. Overall I had expected something much better and was disappointed.

This is not one of Servisair/SwissPort's better lounges. It is a wee bit shabby and the choices of food and refreshment on offer were poor. Sorry guys, but that's the way I see it. The lounges at Gatwick are much better. Shame really as LHR should be better not poorer than LGW

I sat in the quiet part of the lounge hoping to work however two people were talking very loudly and another person was constantly on his mobile phone. Perhaps information could be placed on the tables to remind people that it is a quiet area. I asked for assistance to get a drink from the brandy optic, which left the optic empty. When I left the lounge at approximately 18.00 the bottle had not been replaced. Staff were polite and welcoming.

The area is clean and tidy and is self service, there were a few choices of muffins and crackers. I thought that there would have been some soup or even a sandwich available but no. Having only ever been to the Inspire lounge in Edinburgh which was really good, we thought we would try this. We said for as much as it was OK we would not go back, but after speaking to the person on the desk at the entrance, whom advised that the lounge was going to be closed and refurbished as was taken over by Inspire I will give it one more try on my next visit.

Friendly staff. Breakfast could be a little more diverse and substantial. Lunch was tasty and drinks were nice. We were pleasantly surprised by all the Finnish news papers you had! The lounge area could be a bit nicer interior wise.

Staff were lovely and helpful, however, arriving at midnight, not much choices with the food available and most has dried out off its server.

Despite the Aspire lounge T5 being new, already it's looking tired. Power sockets / USB sockets faulty, at 5pm Sunday there was a lack of food available, no soup, no butter despite rolls, a few tired bagels, and a couple of pieces of quiche and that was it, nobody running the bar it was like an after thought - very disappointing The staff are very cold and find it hard to communicate. However, the Aspire Lounge at Newcastle is the complete opposite, well maintained, power sockets work, very friendly staff, plenty on food and drink available, a perfect place to start a flight - T 5 could learn a lot!!

It was early when I was there so I appreciate that. The breakfast selection was a bit limited. The furniture was very worn and stained. The wifi was so slow and the lounge hard to find. I felt like I was just sitting in a restaurant or bar anywhere in the airport. Not the most 'executive' experience. But I wanted somewhere to sit out the way in that it did its job. The staff were lovely.

The lounge was very busy because one of the other lounges was closed for a refurb. However we got a seat and table ok. Only warm food was soup and a roll since breakfast had finished. Could do with a bigger choice of snack food but overall still a pleasant experience.

Only hot food between 10.00am and 11.30am when we left were pancakes that looked as though they had been re-heated very disappointing especially after a 9 hour overnight flight.
