The lounge was pretty busy as it was a "half-term" weekend, but the staff maintained the levels of snacks etc very well. This lounge isn't as "flashy" as some of the other business lounges but it is still a pleasant alternative to just staying with the "hoi-polloi" in the main departure lounge.

Did not compare with the paid for lounges at LGW or LHR3 Poor food Slow bar service Cramped seating Doubt if I'll use it again.

Compared with other Aspire lounges in Bristol and Gatwick, not as good. Food choice and availability more restricted. Staff less helpful/amenable.

The area needs a complete makeover and you need to sort out the heating

Everthing was very nice apart from my husband had to call the staff each time we wanted a drink , it happened to other people besides us until a member of staff came over them off for not being at the front no one minds anyone talking but when you are blatantly ignored that is not good

The food in the Dubai Lounge was outstanding and the lounge was very quiet. Unfortunately, the furniture was uncomfortable (there was a vibrating chair in the relaxation lounge that was torn, other chairs had broken legs). The bathrooms, while very clean, are old and worn. Not what one would expect in Dubai or an executive lounge.

This is the first time I had used the aspire lounge and I found the selection of food very poor compared to other lounges I have used.

The atmosphere was pleasant, however the staff and food selection was average. I had just landed from travelling for 12 hours and had to joining onto another flight to continue my travels, I bought this lounge access for its access to coffee and showers. When researching the lounges it never mentioned that there was an extra fee for the showers - so imagine my surprise when I was informed that I had to pay extra for it. An absurd amount extra at that. When informing me that I would have to pay extra for the shower service, I would say that my mood was already irate due to lack of sleep and was made more so by the matter of fact and rude way that the staff informed me of the extra charge. However I will say however that the chairs are comfortable and that the coffee is good.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Buffet was limited. I found the restroom old and dated but clean . Seating comfortable

20 £ for a shower too expensive The lounge is a bit too small for the big chairs.

Whilst able to get a drink and free wifi, food choice was poor. on this occasion I do not think we received value for money. I would think twice about booking this lounge again.

Very long queue at booking in only one person checking all clients in but there are two till. Very busy few seats Some of the carbonated drinks seemed to be flat No hot food just soup Need to have plug sockets working for charging not having to ask Liked the idea of putting the wifi codes on the table info Staff were pleasant Toilets needed cleaning

Good value however sandwiches may have been better than soup was a bit noisy due to a screaming child not sure this is the place for small children . Some background music would have been nice but overall ok for the money

We found it small, crowded and under staffed. We had to clear our own table and as the shelves were empty we had to wait for glasses. For the price we paid the quality of snacks was poor and the drinks were slow to be replenished. Hope this helps.

I was disappointed with the food element. I thought we would be able to get a hot meal but all that was available was Knor packet soup!

3 of the 5 spirits on offer were empty bottles (1 was the drink I wanted) Really loud talking on the phone by at least 2 guests which was noticed by all Selection of nibbles could be healthier Very clean and relaxing overall - but small tweaks need to be made to maintain usually high standard.

On arrival, I was informed that the lounge was closing at 19.30. We were then told to help ourselves, there was no other instruction. The selection of food was poor, with stale scones and no soup. The fridge had no tiger beer left. It was our first time of using the lounge and my over haul experience was disappointing. I was gutted as my expectations we high and hoping to get my holiday with my son on his 18th birthday off to a flyer. But unfortunately it was the complete reverse.

Very little available seating and tables not cleared. Reasonably good selection of drinks and snacks. Limited toilet facilities. Comfortable once we had obtained seating.
