A nice area to relax before your trip. Bar choices good. Food choices very basic; the only hot choice was soup. Would have liked more variety like other lounges I've been to for similar cost.

Unlimited booze but limited space and no therapy treatments on the day I went (with no accompanying apology or explanation). Food was of a generally carb-heavy, fatty kind (pasta, bread and pies). Not ideal for a pre-long haul flight... Staff were very friendly, drinks of a good quality and I also highly recommend the gluten free flapjacks! Overall, I probably wouldn't do again for the price (35GBP per person).

not very good, arrived and no seating or area and although offered refund this was something in which we had both looked forward to. once inside food and drink was ok, staff polite and hard working. not worth £18.99 to sit on the floor and have very limited choice on drinks.

I booked Swissport because the Aspire lounge was full. On arrival entry was swift and no issues. Lots of Sunday papers available. Not a lot of spaces to sit and by theo time we left, people were standing up. The lounge is ok but very dated and the fact that all of the seating is low "tub chairs" does nothing for aesthetics and makes the seating space very awkward and cramped. Nothing wrong with breakfast, small bacon sarnies, pastries and some cereal. Coffee was from a nice machine, alcohol served from a bar and selection of soft drinks and juices were really good. Would I book this lounge again....probably not.....it was very busy and cramped by the time we left and we commented that the main Terminal 2 area was quieter!! I don't think we got value for money, it needs a good spruce up and revamp to make it more modern and appealing and the food selection could also do with a bit of a make- over....just very ordinary really, nothing special for the start of a holiday but that's what an executive lounge should be !

The lounge was very very busy. No seating available for 20 mins when we arrived. Food was okay. A little less pre packaged food would have been nicer.

We were not advised when booking the lounge closed at 8.30pm which was a tad unfair given the lounge was meant to be for 3 hours.

excellent relaxation but what you get for £17.50 is daylight robbery!.a sandwich or soup wood not go amiss ,and is not that expensive to make.The advantage that you have is that there is no other lounge in Cardiff airport.Mmmm I might make an application for one.FOOD FOR THOUGHT!

The food selection was poor. Water needed to be restocked. Staff seemed hassled. The seating was not as comfortable as I would have expected. The soup was acidic and not good.

We arrived at the lounge at 7.50am, we were booked in from 7.30am. There were no seats that were together. There were only a few things to eat. I have always used the lounge but this was the worst it has ever been. Although it was early in the morning there were a lot of groups of people who clearly only went in there to drink as much alcohol as they could in their allotted time slot. I was very disappointed with this visit.

The crisps in the jar were soft they tasted as if they were out of date, people could not get items from the jars with the scoop so they used their hands. The drinks were of good quality the snacks poor.

The panorama is miles away from anywhere else. As it is operated by Swissport with other lounges it would be useful if some interchange was allowed. I had a disabled companion and as a British Airways silver card holder (altho flying easyjet) swap access would have been a help. The lounge itself was OK but food pretty poor hardly a meatball in sight! High spot was the bowl of sweets. Functional without being comfortable. Staff efficient.

This lounge closes at 8:00pm but the last flight is 8:30pm so customers are made to feel unwelcome around 7:30pm when the staff begin to clean the lounge, vacuum cleaning, emptying the bins, etc. Also the drinks are poured so the majority of the time I am left standing at the bar waiting for a staff member to finish cleaning to come and serve me. However the staff are friendly and the facilities are okay but not like Heathrow or Munich. At least it is away from the crowds except in the summer time when people treat the lounge as a pre flight party before the plane departs.

Very poor selection of food , staff asked did we like soup as they where closing it down 1 1/2 hours before lounge closed , only 4 couples in lounge had to wait to be served when one person went to the bar the other people rushed to get. Served whilst somebody was behind the bar , we are frequent ushers but will not be returning to your lounge Paul smith

Space okay on this visit but the choice of food was disappointing. Only hot item I saw was soup. Staff are keen to make an impression when you arrive but then they vanish and finding someone to supply basics such as glasses and plates can annoy you. I didn't see many staff cleaning up after other guests had departed. We had to clean our own area when first arrived. I do not think the toilet arrangements are that great. One gents, one ladies I would have thought they would have had more.

Products and staff were good, what lets place down is the decour. Looks a little tired. Also too many people in the lounge at some points made it feel more like weatherspoons and less relaxing.
