We were not impressed with the lounge. Thought it was a bit drab... No veggie option on display. Stayed in better.

The lounge had a few people in there but there was a lack of seating. Many of the clients were sat on one set of seating and had there laptops on charge on other resulting in 1 person taking up the seating of 4-6 people. The food was basic but filling and plenty to drink. It was very hot in there but all airport are always warm. The smoking room did leak the smell and seemed in bad taste Overall it be nicer if there was more seating on clients were most thoughtful of others.

Very glad to see that there is a lounge available to non First/Business Class passengers in Terminal 5. Although it is a small lounge we did manage to find some comfortable seats at the far end of the lounge although we didn't realise that they were there as they are difficult to see (but maybe that's a good thing for those in the know). Food wasn't bad although sometimes there was a bit of a wait for dishes to be replenished. The Sleep pobs look fabulous, although we didn't need to use them ourselves I can certainly see their usefulness. All in all started the holiday off well.

We could only ask for 2 drinks per person, so when one person went to get 4 drinks for the group as there were 4 people, that person could only get two, even though we were sitting right next to the bar and the person serving could see the other 3 people, little bit disrespectful I thought.

The wife and recently visited the lounge. The lounge is very spacious, but because the bar is only small we encountered long queues for drinks and the food/ snacks where very average, in fact below average not a lot of effort gone into the preparation. We also noticed a distinct lack of staff to clear away, glasses, plates etc. Wont be bothering to visit this lounge again im afraid.

First time in an airport lounge. Nice chilled atmosphere. Food was good although service for drinks very slow. Seating a bit sparse with Spa shutting fairly early. We had to use the toilets outside the lounge this I found a little strange.

Pros: comfortable, a quiet area, good selection of drinks and refreshments, close to the main departure lounge and direct view of the apron and runway. Cons: No lavatories in the lounge. Very limited choice of newspapers available. Limited selection of snacks.

The lounge was very busy indeed and I felt the lady on the desk could have been given assistance, it was noted that some of the clients being dealt with were quite rude towards your staff member who carried on regardless, sadly I don't know her name at this time. Because of the many people in the lounge waiting to get served at the service points was really too long in time. This could of course be due to many unknown facts to me, viz was the fact that it was a Sunday a consequence i.e. busier than another day in any event sorry to say that service could and should have been much more slick.

Was here last year but this time the service just didn't seem as good, its was packed to capacity. There wasn't enough staff which meant the food wasnt refilled. When u eventually got to the front of the queue at the bar they had run out of clean glasses. Thats not really the service i had paid for.

There should have been more staff on at the bar more sandwiches and more seating, but the girl clearing the tables was fab, professional and chatty, so was the barman but would definitely come back in if meeting up with a few people

Regarding our visit to executive lounge on 2nd Septembr 15 my wife and I felt that we did get reasonable value for money during our visit. However, I think the term executive lounge creates a feeling that this lounge is proviiding a service at the top end of the spectrum, for example Emirates Lounge. This is not the case as the whole service experience isn't top end and indeed some areas need addressing urgently. For example, the general cleanliness wasn't good and not enough attention given to clearing up debri from previous customers. The food was pretty basic but as I stated at outset of this comment the price is very reasonable and therefore was value for money. You need to improve general standards for all aspects of service.

Food was not often replaced. Bar staff did not have a clue about different wines - shows a lack of training

Pleasant lounge, very quiet. Food offering was poor. Only soup and a couple of pastries on offer that were hot. Having travelled over lunch time and having a long check in queue would have liked something more perhaps some sandwiches as at Paphos airport on our late evening return.

Food choices were good tea&coffee good however the alcohol choices were mediocre one choice of whiskey very poor and wine mediocre in taste. We preferred the old style layout of lounge ascwe felt it was more comfortable and quieter. However overall it was good value
