Sadly as a result of it taking almost 3 hours to get from the plane in the South Terminal to the North and through BA Bag Drop and security, we did not have time to actually get to the Lounge! My wife unfortunately dislocated her ankle 2 days before leaving for holiday so we required to utilise assistance services. Unfortunately on our return to London, the service was extremely slow. Having used the Aspire before, we were looking forward to relaxing for a few hours before our flight to Glasgow!!

Nice and quiet but decor is looking jaded. Staff friendly.

Not our best visit to a VIP lounge but adequate. Had to wait for a considerable time for a member of staff to man the bar area and some people just gave up in the end. Managed to scrape up a bowl of soup between us before the dispenser was empty and not replenished. Shall use an alternative lounge next time or not bother.

I have been in other lounges, mainly iberia in Madrid airport. The variety of food is way much better and the Comfort of the sofás is way much better...i did not know the one from heathrow, so i tried, had a 7 hour wait for my lisbon flight, after na exhausting flight from san francisco.don't get me wrong, i am not very picky, but the difference is really very big ...thank you!

I was expecting more of a choice in drinks food and magazines, don't think I got value for money but I am not a drinker of alcohol, so for people who drink alcohol it is probably more of a bargain. Choice of reading material is not great at all.

Sadly we were disappointed with our visit to the lounge this time. We felt there was far less choice on the food side than on previous occasions and even the things on offer were badly stocked. I know there a bacon sandwiches now but some people like the biscuits and nibbles that were previously on offer. We don't usually drink alcohol on early morning flights but if we had been drinking there was a good selection to chose from. We didn't feel it was worth the money added to which it took so long to get through security even though we checked in early we only had a short time in the lounge.

I had a warm welcome but there was a very young child running around in the lounge, I booked the lounge on the understanding that children under 9 were not permitted, I also feel the choice of snacks were very limited.

Dissapointed that bar area was closed due to Ramadan with no prior warning that this facility would be closed when booking. No interaction from any staff following check in

I would prefer to get our own drinks and not to stand in a queue, only to be told I could not be served a double. Very petty.

Lacking in a bit of breakfast selection when we visited but apart from that it's worth the money if you have a few hours stop-over. Comfortable seating and the toilets are nice and clean. Not like a proper business class lounge but it is a lot better than waiting in the terminal cafes.

Easily located within the Terminal. Staff very friendly and co-operative. Food good, but limited. Decor and furniture needs upgrading (Looking tired and worn) - disappointed

Could have been a bit more welcoming. Pass down on phone did appear to be acceptable for some reason and I was asked to find the actual confirmation notification. During this was asked for my name which seemed to resolve the situation. Facilities were fine.

All the usual amenities. Food, drinks etc and the always helpful staff but very full Some people were having to wait until others left to gain entry This suggests over booking which defeats the object of booking in the first place to avoid the crowds elsewhere.

It would be better if seating could be allocated on entry. Couples were spreading out & occupying seats and tables which could have seated 5or6. Choice of drinks fine but snack choice very limited. Also seemed to be short of staff resulting in tables not being cleared very quickly.

On my first visit to Aspire lounge, the pre-ordered bottle of Prosecco was forgotten, then there was a delay in receiving it, we struggled to find a clean table and the sandwich choices were very very limited (Tuna Mayo, Egg Mayo and Cheese), also there was often long queues for the bar. Overall it was ok and good to be away from the main departure terminal but our visit wasn't as we expected it to be.

Expected something a little more luxurious but it was OK. The breakfast selection was quite varied although the bar staff weren't very friendly and kept you waiting at the bar whilst they talking in the back!
