We spent over two hours in the lounge and during this time they were busy and kept running out of items. The tables were also taking a long time to be cleaned. They did seem understaffed

Brilliant view of the planes and comfy seats, but tables needed clearing and wiping more frequently, but when requested it was done promptly. This is the 2nd time the lady on the front desk was a bit abrupt and not welcoming , I feel the lounge visit is the beginning of you holiday and you should be greeted with a smile!it's not hard!

Lounge was difficult to find, no newspapers were available, Smiths had bundles of dailies. When it was suggested to the staff that they go to Smiths and purchase a couple to keep going they said that they had no money to do this and when again suggested that they ask Smiths to give them a few papers and a manager when he came in would pay for them they reacted with horror at such an Idea. The lounge was lovely and quiet ( it was very early) and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was not much choice for snacks and food compared to other lounges we have visited and no choice of a hot snack. If no other lounge were available I would use again but would suggest a look at what other lounges offer.

A quiet and relaxing lounge. Good variety of drinks both alcoholic and non. I was a little disappointed with the snack selection. The only complaint I would make is that hardly any of the power sockets worked for charging my iPhone.

Was disappointed by the selection of snacks or lack thereof, have used Servisair in Bristol Airport and they have a much larger selection. Was expecting more from Heathrow!

The overall facilities in the lounge are good, with nice snacks and drinks available. However I think they need to limit the amount of people allowed in, as it was very busy and as a party of 4 we were lucky to find seats near each other. Not helped by some people thinking their bags needed a seat too!

The lounge was ok but i would not say it is better than the other lounges. I was not impressed with the choice of items to eat for breakfast. Prefer the lounges that allow you to get your own drinks and with a lot better choice of items to eat.

It was quite the journey to get to the lounge due to construction,a warm welcome was given when I finally got there. Spacious and very clean,poor selection of food,I was there for 3 hrs and not once did the yogurt station get refilled.. I would be happy to return there though..

Facilities at the lounge were largely good, well supplied with drinks and food of high quality, the lounge itself was spacious and comfortable. However, my major issue was with the fact that my reservation hadn't been logged with the staff at the desk and thus I had to spend a reasonable amount of time retreiving my booking information, which was unfortunate and somewhat of a nusiance.

As states on your website it states that you provide fresh sandwiches from 12.00 .. This was not the case my partner went without eating as he doesn't eat the rest of the snacks. not a pleasant start to our holiday.

Unfortunately for our visit the lounge was being renovated and had been moved to a temporary location. This location was much smaller and not as comfortable as the old one. Facilities on offer also reduced.

I've been to the lounge before and loved it which is why I booked it for my family holiday. On arrival we were told there was a temporary lounge in place. The temporary lounge was understandably not up to the standard of the actual lounge. The snacks were limted and alcohol was to be served by a member of staff which often meant a wait for drinks instead of self service. Furthermore, there were no screens to keep up to date with flight information and toilets were located outside. I was disappointed that I wasn't notified prior to my arrival that this was the case, having still paid full price and being so delighted with the service on my previous visits.
