Terribly rude manager, far too busy so we couldn’t sit together. The turkey garlic and potato was simply potato! The place was a mess and to repeat the manager is a rude and aggressive disgrace of a man.

Poor choice in wines and food Paid for a glass of rose champagne and then when I arrived no rose champagne Poor value for money won’t use again

Food was dreadful , powdered eggs , sausages with little green bits in you hope are herbs , no poached eggs no veggie option , crowded as half the room was shut off ! Luton is by far the best !

Was like sitting in s every day bar or cafe in any airport sound the world ... noise and movement was so over powering ...not once could you relax

Awful. Every difficult to find even the Dubai airport staff didn’t know where it was. Once you find the so called lounge it is nothing more than a section in a public bar. Bad service food very average. We where escorted to the showers which is about a 10 min walk away in the airport gym. The showers were poor. This is not an experience that will be repeated.

I had pre-booked to come to the lounge with my friend. On arrival a child needed medical attention which I offered naturally. As a thank you - they said they would waive the fee for entrance - which was lovely. They then didn't and ignored my correspondence. I would have helped irrespective, but promising to give a "thank you gift" and reneging on this seems wrong.

We arrived at lounge to find every seat taken when we eventually got someone’s attention we got 1 seat for my wife, I stood for the hour we were there. Not a lot of choice on food and was Luke warm also waited 20 for to be served at the bar We will not be using. This service again as we found service below what we expected

booked and payment made ,for my partners 60th birthday and 4 of our friends .arrived on time ,when arriving at the lounge was told our booking should not have been taken and there was no availability, after asking to speak to our manager as our confirmation was received and money taken from bank ,a further 25 minutes trying to get hold of a manger to no avail. We was then told we could enter but all six of us made to sit at a table for 4 (not very comfortable )but why we was waiting other people with bookings where aloud in .why just us stopped ,this was a very stressful experience

Would not use again was more like a cheap cafe. Also was not told that half if it is shut off for Singapore airlines which made the lounge really busy. The closed of part was where the comfy seats were so had to sit on hard uncomfortable seats for 3 hours this is not a good start to a long flight

Disappointing , a bit shabby no clear instructions about charging points - very poor selection of food, nasty cheap furniture. Had to leave lounge to use toilets.

I thought the seats were very uncomfortable. The bit off food they did have wasn’t great . At one point my Son went to get something to eat and the food had ran out . So that was really disappointing. The drinks side off things was ok

In my opinion even a one is to high for this lounge they ran out of fresh fruit and made no attempt to replenish it A member of staff was more interested in telling her friend about her forth coming flight down south to see family before Christmas and if she was on duty on that day rather than attend to customers needs very poor service

Very disappointing. Damaged ipads, freezing cold and told the air con was ‘set’ and couldn’t be changed. Food was very limited choice and pretty cold/rubbery. TVs in booths that barely worked with broken buttons etc... we left early to get warm. Would not return....

1st time visiting this lounge and I was not one bit impressed..it was crowded I had to share my table with another passanger who was a stranger. The table was tiny not enough room for 2. When I got in there was no egg option available and I am a vegetarian. Not happy what so ever

Lounge was very over crowded Despite having booked in advance, we ended up crouched round a small improvised table in a corridor next to the toilets Limited choice and poor quality of food Very poor value, doubt if we’d use this lounge again

Being a disabled person throws many challenges , So this lounge fell well short of my expectation. It wasn't busy, when I arrived , but no one offered to help me, the hot food was cold, the tables were dirty, the floor was slippery from food dropped on it & when I pointed this out to a member of staff , I just got a dirty look. to go with the dirty floor & tables.

Despite pre booking and paying on card (I was celebrating daughters birthday before going away on holiday with her and booked as a treat) I and several others were turned away Complete shambles I watched as they told about thirty people that their bookings were no good and turned them all away !! I feel sorry for their staff !! Don’t bother booking Lyn H

Never got the opportunity to utilise the lounge as taxi was late due to an accident on the motorway. A total waste of over £100.

I booked to get some relaxation and had books champagne arrival, only to find the area very crowded and to be told no seats available. The lad in reception was very rude and told us we should have come earlier, it’s an airport with security, should have I checked in 5 hours earlier just to get my bikes seat and drink. Very disappointed and will not return, I have used these lounge numerous times on my previous flights and this was the worst start to what was a speacial occasion for me and my partner
