Extremely dissappointed with the choice of menu offered. 2 dishes - sweet potato curry and chicken and mushroom pasta. No choice was available for children unless they eat ham, cheese and crackers. I Complained to customer service and this was never resolved , I was informed the food is subject to availability-never ever will I return as it was a complete waste of money and we had to eat else where as a family.

Well when we arrived we was told it was fully booked even though I saw empty seats and we had paid months in advance .We was told we couldn't come in and would have to claim our money back even though I wasn't told how .All in all shocking experience and couldn't recommend it to anyone .

We payed on line before hand and got hen got there to be god it had been over booked so we’re unable to get in ! Still waiting for our reimbursement...

We had booked and paid for the use of this lounge but were prevented from using it as it was full! Why are people allowed to continue to book when it has already reached capacity. Your system obviously does not work We then queued in the coffee shop on the standard mall for breakfast which gave us 5 minutes to eat. Not impressed in the slightest. I will be amazed if I get a refund without jumping through so many hoops I give up Which is probably what your after

Terrible place. Let in anyone and everyone. No seats for us. And people asleep on seats. Looked like a slum. Don't use this place. Never again!!

I recently travelled to Fuerteventura from Bristol with a group of friends (8 of us in total) 6 of whom are frequent travellers and users of the executive lounge through their bank accounts. I booked for myself and my husband, however upon arrival at the lounge my friends weren't allowed in as you were only accepting people who had booked therefore As my friends weren't allowed in I didn't go in. How do I go about getting a refund?

Girl who booked us in was very rude and cheeky towards me thus was reported to you on duty manager. No toilets not good. Poor choice of food.

Very disappointed, hardly any breakfast items out and had to ask for more to be brought out. Not many staff on hand to answer any queries , we have used this lounge before but it seems that standards have slipped considerably

This is the worst lounge Ihave ever been in!! Dirty,unfriendly staff,poor quality food and drink. A complete waste if money!!

27-12-18 Overcrowded on arrival , no seating available and not enough food. Complained and received complimentary admission , would prefer a full refund

The lounge is old and tired. On the day it was very busy, there was no wifi so we had to leave the lounge and sit in an airport corridor to use the airports own wifi. The Christmas tree fell over and looked very sad. The food was poor, soft drinks from a dispenser re-enforced the feel of low standards and cost cutting. There were no newspapers. Not worth the money.

I can’t think of anything positive to say. We basically gave away £120 to stand and eat some poor buffet food before starting our journey to New Zealand.

All tables where unclean. Stale & cold food. Also no one was putting fresh food out. Pasta all hard in bottom of pan.

Hello The experince in you Lounge unfortunately has been very disappoiting. Very small place. Totally overcrowded. No free seats available. No Lounge feel. NO BATHROOMS in the Lounge. Poor food and drinks. Very disturbing and irritating (almost rude) advice about only three alcoholic drinks will be poured out (the lounge has been booked for 6 hours). No relaxing possible in that athmosphere. Not recommended.

Abysmal selection, food was lacking and was not told the spa was closed. It would have been cheaper for me to just have gone to one of the many restaurants on site instead of wasting money on this lounge

Very busy, limited food choices, not enough charging points. Will use Escape in the future as both are similar prices however Escape far superior.

I was greeted with “oh you are one of those who has paid”. Then had to give all details verbally, the. She took my confirmation barcode, scanned my boarding pass, typed something with nails so long that she couldn’t. Repeated this 4 times, then said in broad Scots. “I’ve been on holiday for two weeks and can’t remember” That was it. Trundled round to find my space, and have some breakfast. No glasses for juice, tea and coffee machine not working. Found one further round the lounge, but two folks decided to use all the milk for their cereal. Went to gather some hot breakfast items, no plates and at this point all 4 staff behind counter went off for a blether in the kitchen. Used a side plate. Food quality cheap!! Cold scrambled eggs. No bread. Some tiny lumps of dough for croisaants.... Even better was reading no football tops in the lounge and two of the staff wearing them and looked like they had had a party the night before. No greeting as I left. You have to leave for the toilets but no offer to get back in, she was busy with her boyfriend! Or chatting a man up! Please don’t waste your money here. Positive. It was quieter than outside and I got a socket to charge my phone

Outstanding service and friendly helpful staff made out visit to the Dubai lounge a pleasant experience.The surroundings were restful and of a good standard. However, my onward flight from Dubai to Amsterdam was made an absolute nightmare due to the severe upset stomach which began about an hour into the flight and lasted for the following 24 hours. While the food appeared good and tasted great, something was obviously not right with the chicken curry (this was the only thing I ate that my wife did not) during our visit to the lounge. Because of this I feel that I have to rate the overall experience as very poor and I would be reluctant to use this lounge in the future.
