There was no food or crisps when we arrived so ended up eating in the terminal then went back and still no food apart from a few moulding apples

Looking very grubby, lack of socket points, no craft ale and very basic larger choice, Food snacks also very limited compared to a previous visit. Overall disappointed and unlikely to book again until updates occur.

Waited at the check in desk for over 10 minutes just for a member of staff to come and tick my name off a list a let me in. There was them cold food put out which was gone within minutes as there was not nearly enough. Wait at the bar was ridiculous as the lounge is clearly way understaffed. 2 members of staff to check in, serve drinks, serve good and clean up is clearly never going to work. Very disappointed and will not be visiting again. Wish I hadn't bothered

Waitress serving behind the bar was very unhelpful and unfriendly to the point of almost being rude. And I would have thought that for £22.00 I would have been able to get a glass of prosecco. What's the difference in cost between that and a white wine?

I did not make my stay in your lounge as my flight was delayed a considerable time and after speaking to yourselves was informed that the lounge shut at 7.30 therefore would not be open, upon check in the oman air agent told me that they had requested they stay open later but unfortunately I had cancelled my lounge entry by that time, therefor I was very disappointed.

TERRIBLE !!! I have been here on previous occasions but will not be going back, it is not value for money it is too open and bright not a bit private, the food was awful ( rice with juice over the top supposed to be chilli pork, £5 for prosecco is a total rip off, when already paid £21,( included in Manchester) would not not recommend to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We arrived in this lounge on the 23rd of Feb. We booked the lounge to celebrate my birthday and my grandsons 18th birthday. My family had travelled up from Plymouth the previous night and we was looking forward to spending a nice relaxing time with several other members of the party. On arrival we was informed that we couldn’t sit together and we was all split up over the lounge. We was all disgusted as we was looking forward to enjoying a first drink with our grandson. If we would’ve been made aware of this rule there is no way we would’ve booked the Executive Lounge. We won’t ever make the same mistake we should’ve sat together in the airport lounge. The score l gave was to show how upset me and my family was and we will never book the lounge again.

Had to wait 8 mins for bacon, 10 mins for sausages then there was no plates. Will not use this lounge again

Although the seats were comfortable and there was space for us, the breakfast was not really adequate. We had to ask for orange juice twice as the supply was out. The toilets were disgusting and although reported were not cleaned immediately. We could not use them. I will be contacting customer services when I get back to Uk.

Booked direct ,got confirmation by email ,on arrival tried to book in was not allowed as I had not sent them the email I had received from them !!!.receptionist was very rude to both myself and my wife whilst attempting to log onto there wifi ,the place was in chaos due to amount of people who had booked there was a que to be seated with people having to wait for others to leave ,we decided to just leave as it was ment to be a relaxing and would have been anything but ,a total waste is money worst experience of a airport lounge I have ever experienced,would never use it again or recommend it

The hot food on offer was to dry to eat (pasta and rice dish) there was no crisps on show we only found they had some when someone else got a packet also we didnt know they had bottled beers as staff didnt tell us anything, also it would of been nice to have a little back ground music it was worse than sitting in a hotel lobby needless to say we wont be using aspire lounges again

Very disappointed with the visit this time.This is probably our 5-6Th visit in the last 12 months and always look forward to and enjoy the experience,so much so that i booked my 83 year old mother in as a special treat as she had heard so much about it.This time due to flight times/lounge opening times we only had about one and a half hours in the lounge(no ones fault just the way it was).However throughout this time the bar staff had problems with the soft drinks pumps so we were unable to have the drinks we wanted,Gin and Tonics etc as no alternatives such as bottles were offered,taking the shine off the visit.Surely there should be a stock of bottles for such an occasion?

There had been a load of passengers come through from Bristol due to adverse weather conditions meaning there was no food at all. Nothing to eat - it was totally cleared out. Terrible terrible service, not worth it at all for a couple of coffees

All bread and pastries were stale as if they were the day befores. No eggs. A bowl of bruised unactractive apples (2) and some ropey oranges. Coffee luke warm. Staff unhelpful. Waste of money. Won't be using this lounge again or other aspire lounges.

WE ARRIVED AT THE LOUNGE AT 8.30 AM. IT WAS VERY BUSY AND WE HAD TO SQUEEZE ONTO A SMALL TABLE WITH ANOTHER PARTY OF PEOPLE, THERE WAS VERY POOR SELECTION, NO BEANS, TOMATOES, JUST HARD COLD BACON, SAUSAGE AND SCRAMBLED EGG. AT 8.55 I ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY MORE CROISSANTS TO BE TOLD THEY HAD ALL GONE AND WOULDNT BE REPLACED, I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS LOUNGE TO ANYBODY, EVER. I FEEL STRONGLY THAT WE SHOULD HAVE A REFUND AS THE LOUNGE DID NOT OFFER WHAT IT SAID, WE CERTAINLY WAS NOT COMFORTABLE OR SATISFIED WITH THE FOOD WHICH WE WERE PROVIDED WITH. WE TRAVELLED ON MONDAY 28TH JANUARY FROM TERMINAL 2 AT MANCHESTER AIRPORT. THERE WAAS PLENTY OF ROOM AT ONE END OF THE LOUNGE AND WHE I ASKED IF WE COULD SIT THERE WAS ABRUPTLY TOLD NO, THAT AREA WAS RESERVED FOR SINGAPORE AIRLINES.
