A huge disappointment and certainly not worthy of the premium paid. So looking forward to a civilized wait in the airport lounge but instead found it to be chaotic, overcrowded and was forced to sit ona high stool near the bar for several hours which was far from ideal. Food was dire, drink was free flowing but for people like us who just wanted a relaxed area to enjoy it was no different from sitting in the main airport so feel very cheated in the lack of positive experience and the unnecessary costs incurred.

We booked here as our usual lounge was closed for refurbishment. The staff were very pleasant and couldn’t be faulted. However, the choice of food was very poor in comparison, and we were extremely disappointed to find out Prosecco was not included in the price. I’m sorry to say that we would not return to this lounge as we feel it was most definitely not worth the money, we’d rather go to Wetherspoons and pay their prices, at least we would get a decent breakfast there.

No staff to greet us as we walked in, we waited for 2-3 minutes before just taking our seat. A member of staff came up to our table 40 minutes later to check our confirmations. The food was lacking compared to previous lounges we have visited (Luton). A lot of staff for not a lot of people, due to this I would have expected it to be a lot cleaner and the food to be replenished quickly. However, staff seemed more interested in chatting with eachother. The staff behind the bar seemed to lack basic training (getting orders wrong and adding vodka after the tomato juice). Although there was another lady there who was helping her along the way, i would have expected a basic level of knowledge and common sense to be established before being let loose. The food was poor, bacon very dry, bread falling apart in hands. Overall an awful experience, I would rather have sat in McDonald’s for the 2 hours prior to our flight. To make it worse, the reviews on trip advisor are the same if worse than my experience, some dating back months. There should be a system in place to actually make improvements. I won’t be booking again. Oh, and this review programme is for a courier service? Unprofessional to say the least!

We booked in for 18.55 as our flight left at 21.55 for 3 hours in the lounge, I booked it for my best friends birthday surprise as she’d never been in before. On arrival we were told that we should have been emailed to tell us that the lounge would have closed at 8pm and I had never recieved this email, we arrived at 18.30 and was told that we were too early anyway, I explained that I was not emailed and I was not happy that we were only expected to have an hour in there but pay the full price. The rude reception lady explained that we could either stay or just leave and there was nothing else to do. As we wanted to make the most of our holiday we stayed. Upon entry we had a drink and something to eat after an hour it was then 19.30 and the food was starting to be put away and the lights behind the bar were switched off. At 19.45 the two ladies who worked in there put on their coats at stood by the door explaining that they shut soon. We left at 20.00 to make the most of what we had paid for and I asked the lady on our way out if I could have the email of a Phillip who was supposed to be emailing me initially about the closing time and she said it would be better to call head office I therefore then asked for the number and she told us that they were closed and she couldn’t get it for us. My extreme disappointment was in the fact that no where on the website does it say it closes and in other lounges I have been in they stay open 24 hours, I was disappointed with it being my friends birthday and my friend saying could I not get half my money back for being in there for half the time and receiving a rude welcome from the staff. I certainly would not be going into Liverpool John Lennon lounge again.

Extremely disappointing. Not designed for relaxation at all. The room was freezing cold, the seating uncomfortable on cold leather seats. Unisex toilets not acceptable. Most women do not like using same loos as men. A miserable food offering. The foc wine was poor. We cannot recommend this lounge at all

Poor experience and appalling customer service. I would give it zero stars. When I went to the lounge I had to wait to check in as the receptionist left the desk as I arrived. Only one toilet so had to queue. White wine was warm and I told the barman who didn’t do anything. Hot food was cold (overcooked tasteless pasta dish). Stale bread. Coffee machine not working in the main room (and no indication there was any other machine). Oh return to UK I emailed rather than writing a review and explained all of the above and was told they wouldn’t give me a refund or do anything about it because nobody else had complained about the particular day I had been there (1 Dec 2018)!!! I asked for the complaint to be sent to the manager and they confirmed it had been on 19 Dec and the manager would contact me within 7 working days. I’ve still not heard anything!

The food was disappointing, the view out of the windows was poor and the staff were very miserable. Would not recommend for anyone wanting a lounge at Heathrow T3.

Overcrowded and poor service. A big let down and if you were reliant on return custom day in day out you would go our of business. Lucky for you that you catch people going on holiday maybe twice a year at best. Won't be returning once bitten twice shy.

Not impressed in this visit we use the aspire lounge at least 3 times a year on in my recent visit all the comfortable seats around 25 were reserved for Singapore airlines and I was told I couldn’t sit there even though through my two hour stay only 3 people from Singapore airlines sat there. I think in future if areas are going to be reserved Let me know before hand and I will book a different lounge.

The Aspire Executive Lounge at Heathrow was just ok, in my opinion not really worth the cost. It was simply overrun with people and the low number of staff could not keep up. The tables were dirty, the chairs and carpet covered in crumbs. The food was pedestrian and not regularly replenished so choice was limited. Unfortunately there were only a few toilets (three from memory) in individual cubicles, so standing in a corridor waiting for your turn is not a pleasant lounge experience. Weighing up the cost per the service I would never use this lounge again.

My first ever lounge experience was shocking cold bacon cold scrambled eggs half a roll no butter and when asking for a glass of wine was given a small glass with no more than an inch of wine in the bottom of the glass im well aware of the alcohol and flying rules but your measures are appalling

Very poor food selection. No butter. No cake. Has it something to do with traveling on Monday. We were with friends and they were also very disappointed this time.

Long que outside doors we had to wait over 15 minutes then once seated there was hardly any food and lack of choice. All staff was under pressure. We felt that the volume of people in the lounge far out weighed the amount of food and staff on duty. I don’t feel we had value for money and should I fly from Manchester again we will not being purchasing access to this lounge. The lounges at Birmingham are far superior and much better organised.

On the 04/01/19 my partner and I were about to have our first holiday together. So I thought a nice way to start our holiday would be to treat her to an Aspire lounge plus experience. As my son and I used this facility before except it wasn't the plus but however it was brilliant. When we arrived we were welcomed by a very polite lady but we then told that the cooked breakfast was very little to offer due to delivery issues but it won't be long so we entered and to our disappointment there was scrambled egg crispy/hard bacon and beans which looked cold so my partner didn't bother with that and waited In case the food delivery arrived. I have to say although I put a smile on my face I was very embarrassed by the situation as I spoke very highly of the lounge experience. Sorry to say but I will be putting our experience on trip advisor.

No reservation in place so poor choice of seating,, slow check in, very basic range of pasta or soup for lunch, bar service slow, staff avoided eye contact, no check backs, very busy and not worth it - disappointed so my advice is not to book and go and have a steak in a restaurant

This wS my first visit to the lounge at terminal 3 in Heathrow and it will certainly be my last. I will not be recommending it to anyone, in fact I will be telling people to avoid it. There were just 3 main dishes 2 of which were Pasta based and the third I can’t remember. There was no butter for the rolls, and when I asked the staff for some, I was told they had run out. Surely they could have borrowed some from another lounge or something but no. There were no desserts at all. They did have some scones with jam and cream but I wouldn’t call this a dessert. They weren’t either, it was there cream tea option. After eating very little because of lack of options, I thought I’d have some cheese and crackers. Again, very disappointed, only 2 options of cheese one of which was a blue vein cheese. Either you like blue vein or you hate it. I’m in the second option so only had one choice of cheese. When I arrived, half the tables were reserved. So even though the place was only half full, there was no where to sit. Eventually after I had walked around the place 3 times, I was told I could sit at one of the reserved tables. I left at 9pm to catch my flight and even by then, most of the reserved tables hadn’t been used. The only plus for the place is the staff who came around on a regular basis to clear plates. They did their job well and regularly. Would I go to the lounge again, no. Would I recommend it to friends and family, no. In fact for £24 it was a total rip off and I certainly wouldn’t call it an executive lounge, standard was far to low for that.

The lounge was like a working mans club. Up front staff passed there sell by date. More people in lounge than available places. Good constantly running out of food. Filthy tables left cluttered. Large que to get in at door. V poor!!

In the lounge on the 4th Jan 2019 what a fabulous way to start your holiday very relaxing food basic but good and plenty of variety of drinks would recommend to anyone
